Lady Bella overheard them
"Are you sure? This does sound very... hard to believe" One servant spoke uneasily, naturally fearful of being dragged into a treasonous plot against the new Queen. A lovely young woman that she cheerished growing up, and who she admired heartfeltedly.
"I know it sounds strange, but it is perfectly normal for people to have these desires. What happens in the privacy of their bedroom..." Delia tried explaining it again, but it was proving far more difficult than she expected. What was wrong with these people, didnt they want to help their queen?
"Merciful Simetra, this sounds very shameful" the youngest servant complained, joining her wrists in suplication. It was Selina's turn to try to explain, but they both hear a cough from the door.
"That will be enough Lady Selina, Lady Delia. They passed the test, and should be considered loyal servants of the Queen." Lady Bella stood behind them. The two ladies in waiting exchanged puzzled looks, but the servants gave exasparated sighs, easily accepting this explanation. "Now please return to your nocturnal chores and rest. Tomorrow the Queen will have a busy schedule".
It seemed like the poor Queen would go unsatisfied. What happened to change that?
