"It's, well it's what we suspected from the beginning."

Kevin's chin falls into his chest and his hands cover his face. Despite Rachel's reassuring pat on his shoulder the sight of a broken man is unmistakable.

"Are you absolutely sure?"

"Yes. Both of your numbers look promising. However we have suspected for some time now that... simply put you have what's defined as a micro penis. It's not your fault, it's more common than you'd believe. It's the only factor affecting your chances of pregnancy. Your penis simply can't get the sperm deep enough to successfully cause procreation."

Kevin is beside himself, no man wants to hear two, thin, inches aren't enough. Meanwhile Dr Dandy sees almost a knowing, mocking smile on Rachel's face. She hides it quickly yet they both know he caught her.

"There are still options to consider. If you have time, I'd like to speak with you both individually."
