Dr Dandy is a sweetheart of a man. The kind of guy mothers would often elbow their daughters and hold up as the ideal husband material. He trained in Boston before giving up the big city for a quiet, small town practice. He's easily 6' tall with sandy hair and a square jaw that melts men and women alike. He's always polite, smiling, and the only doctor the kids in town don't fear.
