LT Day 4 - Winning?

You won. You know you did the right thing yesterday, and it was the last thing Lotte expected. You blew her mind, and you hope it will make her think about the bad shit she does to people because there is no way you are the first person she has tried to screw with.

But... you still have a sticky mess in your shorts when you wake up. You must have had a sexy dream. You get cleaned up before the others wake up, and find that it is an insanely cold morning. Yesterday was tropical heat and now this... you can see your breath and you have to put on your hoodie, but none of the girls even have long pants. It's summer at soccer camp. All you have are shorts.

It's not a fun morning and it gets worse when you learn you have to do a float trip today. You and the other girls get into kayaks and canoes and enter the freezing river, lots of you loudly wondering what this has to do with soccer... but your coaches think it's funny.

You awkwardly paddle after the others, then do what everyone else is doing and let the current carry you. This would be cool on a nice day, but today sucks. Water splashes everywhere and it is very cold.

There's a bang as another boat hits yours. You see Lotte nearby... she's the one who hit you. You splash her with your paddle, and she splashes you back.

"Stop it," Zarya says as she paddles past you both.

Lotte doesn't stop. She hits you again. You splash her again, and she returns fire. It gets pretty competitive until you realize that as you forgot to paddle, you fell behind the others. You forget about Lotte and start going again.

The river splits up ahead, but you don't think the others went that way. You keep paddling, but Lotte crashes into you again and this time doesn't stop. You have drifted close to some rocks, and she pushes on them with her paddle to push on your kayak.

She's trying to push you off course into that smaller stream! You fight back, but it's too late. You quickly paddle to save yourself from tipping over and look back to see that Lotte screwed herself over as well... the current turns her kayak and drags her after you, but she is not in control.

This branch is faster than the other one because it seems to be steeper. You paddle desperately to avoid a boulder and see that Lotte still had not regained control, but she is trying. You have to struggle nonstop just to keep from crashing or capsizing, and you hear the noise when Lotte messes up bigtime. You look back and see her kayak flip over... and you are not watching the road, and your kayak hits a rock too. You wiggle out and swim to Lotte, who is not doing well.

You grab her and swim to shore. You are out of the river, but you are both wet and frozen. She coughs up water as you watch your kayaks get swept away.
