Kyoko Kirigiri

The law was ridiculous, as well as the reasons for it. However, Kyoko knew better than to argue against it. She could do an investigation into the government, see how corrupt it, and try to get all the corrupted officials voted out, leading to every law they passed being undone, but it felt pointless to try. Anyone who voted for the law is obviously corrupt, meaning that there's too many. A single one of them wouldn't be able to be voted out since the other corrupted people would protect them. Getting all of them voted out would be impossible.

So, she decided to just go along with the law. She'd stay bottomless. She'd keep her butt and pussy exposed. She wouldn't even cover up with her hands or a clip board since the law forbid it. Instead, she would keep working. She'd investigate new mysteries that pop up around the city and at school.

She ignored the giggles from the boys in class as she headed to Makoto. It was always nice having him around and the current mystery that needed to be solved wouldn't be dangerous.

"Makoto. Celestia found a hidden camera in the locker room and asked me to investigate it. I was hoping you could help me investigate."

"O-Of course, I'd be delighted!" He said with an awkward laugh. If he was anyone else, the laugh would've made Kirigiri suspect him. But, she knew him well enough to know that the forced laugh wasn't because of the mystery but because of his lack of bottoms. The way that he was clearly trying to avoid looking down made her a bit happy. She used to never care about romance or how people viewed her, but the more time she spent with Makoto, the more she liked him.

She liked the way he was kind to everyone, was full of hope, and how much he trusted her. Even when pushed to tough situations, he'd keep pushing for. She respected for him it. Even now, she watched him use his will-power to avoid looking down. The fact that even him of all people had to constantly remind himself to not look, told her alot about him and it made her happy. Maybe her attraction wasn't one sided.

Either way, she kept an eye on his eyes for a few seconds, impressed that they never managed to look too far down for even a second. She then lead the way to the girls bathroom.
