Kirk explains how he ended up like this

Captain's log, stardate 4556.8. I am back in the Enterprise... as a woman... again. After the initial shock, Dr. Mc Coy ordered me to go to sickbay. We are followed by Mr. Spock. And now I have the unfortunate task to explain to my chief medical officer and my first officer how I ended up like this .

• I say, they now how to build a neonymph body, says Mc Coy. The computer checked and re-checked. For it, you are James Kirk. It even founds remnants of the centaurian flue you caught last month. Why they would clone you with it. Why are you stuffed in a chick body anyway?-
• Captain, I must admit I share Dr. Mc Coy's curiosity... The emotional outburst excepted, says Spock.
• That's the trick Bones. It's not a neonymph's body per see, Kirk answers. This is par neonymph body, part my original body. To shorten it, I was enjoying my shore leave. I didn't expect to go again in a neonymph's body. I wanted to merely help the one who went to this course... to enjoy themselves?
• How many do you bed Jim, asks Mc Coy. Do you know how many time you nearly caught a sexual disease?
• This time I wish to have this kind of disease. One of the lady claimed to be an Andorian. It was really an Orion assassin.
• Captain, how did you find it was an assassin, asks Spock ?
• He-she talks in his-her sleep. No kidding. The assassin managed to escape, but I was already infected. Doctors couldn't manage to isolate the poison. It was destroying my DNA slowly. It was a question of time. So I suggested a risky manoeuver we once use in the Enterprise.
• My God Jim , you try that thingagain, when the teleporter splited you into two opposite personnalities, shouts Mc Coy. Are you insane?
• They didn't have my templates in their teleporter anymore, continue Kirk. But they still had my neonymph templates. They tried to fuse it via transportation with my body. And it worked, but the neonymph body took over and I emerge of the transportation room as a woman. At least, the poison disappeared.
• So, you are stuck like this, ponders Spock.
• For the time being, answers the captain. Bones, Valdera will send you data and samples of my poisoned bloodstream so you can make you own tests and maybe find this poison. You have also the task to find a way to give me back my old body. Our mission is to find this Orion assassin, while pursuing our main exploratory mission. Now Doctor, am I fit to duty?
• I must say yes... For the time being, but I want to see you each day before your shift, ordered Leonard Mc Coy.
• Aye, sir, jokingly says James Kirk. I go to the bridge and brief the crew about the situation.

As Kirk is exiting Sickbay, Spock asks another question.

• Captain. You wear the standard female uniform. Whydon't you wear your familiar uniform? An officer of my knowledge defied protocol to wear the uniform of her choice. Your rank allows you to do the same.
• First, Spock, my male uniforms are not at my size anymore. Second, the female of the ships wear their uniform every day. I won't ask her to do something I won't do myself. Thirdly, since when are you in charge of the laundry room ?
• I am not, sir. But you are part neonymph now. And you know neonymph possesses some kind of... distracting effects on males.

Kirk smiles. A very charming, troubling smile.

• Ah, you are really happy to see me. For a time I thought you and Bones hide communicators between your legs.

The two blue shirt officers, look both at their crotch. The distracting effects Spock was talking about are showing. Both have... a boner. After all, This female Kirk is not only a woman. She is now one of the most beautiful women in this ship.

The two starfleet officers are embarrassed. When Spock straightens himself with a raised eyebrow. He soberly says :

• This will be very interesting.
• Yep, adds Mc Coy.
