Kinda Big but Not Really

John thought for a moment. He suddenly came up with what he thought would be a good test. “The only drink we have in the house right now is milk.” There was a small shift around John enough to make him at least a little dizzy. He looked at his cup which one contained orange juice and saw that in its place was a glass of milk. The carton of milk on the table was now full. John really couldn’t believe it. He stood up and went to the fridge where there once was a 2-liter Pepsi was a milk carton but John noticed that was it. There just wasn’t any other liquid in the fridge. He looked at the coffee maker it was entirely empty then just as John was about to make another change his mom entered. John’s mom simply said, “I’m taking the day off today, I really can’t do much without my coffee in the morning. I just called for a plumber to come and fix our water.” John realized that with his previous change he completely removed the water from his house. He grasped the stone and says “We have unlimited water to our house we don’t even have to pay a bill.” Suddenly a small shift in reality later and his mom had vanished. John began to freak out had he done something to his mom, did he somehow kill her by wishing for water. Just then he heard someone coming down the stairs and he sees his mom. She is all ready for work with her coffee in her hands. John is ecstatics that he didn’t somehow kill his mom and realizes that bringing back water must of somehow brought back the coffee. John thought to himself “So making a change can make many minor changes.” John realizing he had to be more careful waved goodbye to his mom and she left for work leaving just him and Milly in the house.
