Kim´s ending

“Ah! Oh, you scared me. Didn´t see you there …young lady?”

“…I want to make a deposit.” Harako bluntly dropped the gemstones in front of the cashier.

“Errrr, we do have a cash-for-valuables program, but do you have an account here, miss…?”

“Harako. And I don´t.”

“Then I´m afraid we´ll have to open one for you. Which plan would you like?”

Well, the account wasn´t really for her, but for Kim. What would she like? “…Which one has the highest interest rate?”

“Highest? Well, that would be our "Planning for the Future" 30 years Fixed Term Deposit, which pays out a whopping 15% interest. The catch is that you can´t withdraw your money until-”

“…I´ll take it.”

“What do you mean he got into a car accident? Who am I going to interview now?” Kim and Neve held their breath in complete silence, each praying no one outside would open their hiding hole.

It was an awkward fit. Kim and Neve were practically hugging in the enclosed closet, a situation that neither of them particularly liked. Luckily, a face appeared on the bucket of water near their feet to distract them from each other. It was Harako. She looked somewhat worried.

“…Kim, I went to the bank. The money is safe.”

“Yessssss!” Kim whispered while Neve frowned. Her eyes glittered with glee. “I can finally pay off Morpheus!”

“…Err, not quite.”

“What? What do you mean? You did deposit the jewels, right?”

“…Well, yes, but, err. …Let´s just say that I took care of your retirement… You can´t withdraw the money until 30 years have passed… but it will earn 15% annual interest!”

“You what?! …actually, that´s a pretty high-interest rate.” Kim shook her head, her hair slapping Neve´s face. “But I need the money now! Harako how could you be so-”

“…Can´t hear you... There´s a strong …interference. …I must go.” Harako´s face slowly vanished from the water.

“Get back here, you financially illiterate ghost! You had one job!”

“… I guess we both lost, huh?” Neve said, reclining her face back. Not like she could move her body along with it. Both her and Kim´s chest were pressing against each other, their hairless groins uncomfortably intersecting.

“Guess so, although now I have a pension fund… Sorry about all the pranks and stuff.”

Neve shrugged. “Eh, I would have done the same to my sister, honestly. Probably still will once I figure out how to not be a human anymore. It just sucks that I lost all my stuff, ugh, and now I have to figure a way to make rent in the nude. Hopefully, I can find clients via email only…”

“W-well, I might not have a wardrobe to spare, but if you want, you can stay in my apartment until you figure this out? It´s the least I could do... only half rent! Ow- ok, no need to stomp! Free rent! Jeez.”

“Thanks, I´ll take you up on the offer. At least with you here, my sister will not get any other bright ideas, huh?”

“I guess…ack!” From out of nowhere, the hinges on the door fell apart. The closet was open with a loud thud as the wood hit the floor. The two astonished girls looked outside, and the production crew returned the befuddled look.

Kim and Neve remained still, trying to process what was happening. Unfortunately, they both felt a sharp sting hit their butts as if an invisible paddle had made contact with them. Instinctually, both girls hopped forward, again and again, yelping high-pitched squeals each time the transparent paddle hit them… until they reached the stage.

Realizing that the cameras were in front of them, Kim and Neve both gulped and tried to flee, but in a miraculously synchronized accident, they both tripped and fell backward into the couch. The host, a stylish, svelte woman with an auburn bob haircut, was just as confused. Her expression changed to a smile just as a red light turned on in the camera.

“Err, welcome everyone! to Nela´s Lens, coming live from our studio at…“

“D-did you say live?”

“… I´m your host, Nela. Today, I´m afraid there has been a bit of a mixup. Our guest, Hollywood actor Max Mox, has gotten into a bit of a car crash and couldn’t come. So instead we are joined by these two fine ladies for our interview…right?”

Try as they might, Kim and Neve could not get up. It´s not like they were glued to the couch, but there was some sort of **** that prevented them from moving away from it. The two naked girls looked at each other and then smiled coyly at the camera. “A-apparently so.”

“Well, that´s great. Why don´t you two introduce yourself?”

“I…errr, well….”

“Wait, I know you! You are that contestant from that music show, Kim something, right?! The one that had that disastrous naked audition?.”

Kim´s smile remained frozen in place, but only because her body shut down for a minute. “O-oh, you know about that…”

“Of course, girl. Have you seen the memes about it?”

“There are memes?! Err, I mean, no. I haven´t had the chance to go online much these days…”

“Of course there are memes. It´s a very popular video. Can we get a reprisal of your audition later on the show? Oh! Let´s make a double performance with your friend here.”

“Wait for just a-”

“Anyway, let´s get started with the questions. Do you two enjoy going around naked like a couple of perverts, or is this a shameless publicity stunt? Do you go streaking a lot? What´s your more embarrassing story about it?”

Neve and Kim shared a mutual expression of dread. They both pressed against each other ever so slightly and squirmed on the couch.

“I… we pass?” Kim answered, fiddling with her fingers and with her gaze fixed at the unflinching camera that captured her every movement for thousands of strangers.

“Nice try, but here inside Nela´s Lens, we don´t move on until our guests have answered all our questions. So, I´ll ask again... are you two perverts?”

Suzy laughed at the projection in front of her. Both her sister and her human advisor were sweating bullets, their faces flustered, their toes curled. How could she make it better? Right, maybe another itching spell? Like the one she sent to Neve in front of that flower shop? That ought to make the interview livelier.

The cosmic woman reclined on her chair, laughing. Yeah, she got the hang of how to prank humans now. It was quite fun, actually. Maybe she ought to mess with them a bit more in the future… especially with her little sister.
