Kim's downfall begins

Lezia knew that Kim's downfall would come the the self-righteous prude's biggest flaw: her vanity.
It did not take long with Lezia's powers to earn the complete trust of Kim, Jacob, and Ruth. Lezia would often praise Kim on how beautiful, well dressed, and well groomed she was. Lezia loved having her ego stroked. "I bet the vast majority of women your age would kill for your looks and body," Lezia told Kim. Jacob to spend more time working at the church and doing charity work away from home, and when he came home, she would comment on how tired he was and how he just wanted to relax then go straigt to bed.
Ruth started dating a young 20 year old business major named Derek. Ruth tried to spend as much time away from her mom as possible after graduation from high school, even though she still lived at home due to her parents wanting her to stay home and go to a small commuter college nearby and not pay for her to go off to be "corrupted by the secular world."
Lezia made Ruth feel bad for staying away from her father so much and used her powers on Derek too. She got Derek alone in the kitchen one day after he and Ruth came in from the movies and Ruth went to the bathroom.
"You're such a handsome young man. Ruth's mother thinks the world of you. She really thinks you're a hottie too. I've seen the way she looks at you."
"Really?" said Derek blushing.
"Oh yes, she told me if she were 20 years young and single, she'd be all over you, but don't tell her or Ruth I said anything."
"Oh, don't worry," said a smiling Derek.
Later, Lezia severly reduced Ruth's libido and cranked up Derek's.
The next day, Lezia was alone with Kim. "Derek think's the world of you."
"Really?" said Kim.
"Oh yes, haven't you noticed the way he looks at you? I think he has a major crush on you. He can't take his eyes off of you."
Ruth smiled to herself; she loved to be admired.

The same night Lezia told Kim about Derek, she infiltrated Kim's dreams. She had Kim dream that she and Derek were having a picnic in a sunlit field of flowers. Kim was wearing a white sun dress, and Derek was shirtless and wearing a pair of faded jeans. Soon they were kissing and touching, then stripping off each other's clothes.
