Killer Frost (Arrowverse)

Your journey through the time portal takes moments but you land on the other side slightly disorientated, by the looks of things it seemed to have worked but you had no real way to be sure. Your surroundings seem to be some sort of alleyway and it definitely seemed american so you knew it had gotten you that close atleast.

You cautiously exit the alleyway onto the main street and see everyone going about their normal days, there was no signs of attack or panic so as far as you could tell you were definitely in a different time period to your own. Walking down the road for a while you find a newspaper vendor and with the small amount of change you were luckily carrying at the time of the incident you pick up a copy of the "Central City Citizen" with the print date of February 23rd 2019.

A smile stuck upon your face as you finally had confirmation the machine worked perfectly as you start to go through why you chose this time and place again. Back at the machine you had been thinking about who you'd most want to have met before the world ended and it didn't take long before Killer Frost entered your mind. Her white hair and beautiful blue eyes entranced you from the first day you'd read about her, of course back then she was sort of a crazed maniac killer but she'd turned herself around and was now one of Central Cities finest heroes.

You'd remembered this days date as a day she saved someone and luckily you knew exactly where it took place, CC Jitters which was right down the road. You had about 20 minutes until the incident happened so you decided to buy yourself a drink and wait for it.

You sat in the back with your drink when 3 armed men came in demanding money and that everyone get on the ground, to which the cashier responded with opening the cash register and laid on the ground with everyone else. You paid close attention to your watch until the moment came, a breach appeared in the centre of the store and out came Killer Frost demanding the gunmen stop. They refused and a fight began, they were no match for her as she quickly swept the floor with them however Frost couldn't stop the gunmen from taking out a civilian in the crossfire.

The police came and arrested them, taking statements from everyone in the store and paramedics took away to body before you were all asked to leave the area. You decided to stick around a little while longer, which is when you notice Vibe had arrived and began talking to Frost. She seemed pretty beat up about not being able to save that civilian and when Vibe asks if he could breach her back she declines, opting to walk back instead to have time to think.

She exits out the back and you follow around the building, keeping a good distance as to not arouse suspicion but making sure you didn't lose her. Eventually you came to a pretty open area where you knew if you kept following she'd notice you but luckily it seemed she'd reached her destination as she entered S.T.A.R Labs. You weren't entirely surprised this was her destination as it was one of the rumoured bases for team flash, but everyone always dismissed it because there's no way a superhero team would work out of a building with a whole in the roof but evidently they were wrong.

You knew the front door wasn't an option so you tried to find a side entrance and with luck you found a maintenance door that looked old enough to work open with a credit card. After 5 minutes of working on the door it finally opens and you sneak inside, finding yourself in a lit hall way with an elevator at one end and a generator room at the other.

You decide the elevator is your best bet and take it to one of the top floors, picking at random once you check the coast is clear you emerge your make your way forward. It takes a little while but you evertually find your way to a room that looked important with a computer desk in front of you as you enter and screens decorating the room

There are two small lab rooms on either side of you and on the back wall in a little area there's something you never thought you'd see, the flash suit in all its glory. You approach and admire it for a moment before hearing foot steps approaching in the hallway. you look around and find a button on the side of the suit alcove and press it, closing the door as you hid with the suit.

You patiently wait and watch through a small gap in the door as Killer Frost enters before turning in one of the computers, shaking her head and laughing as she sees what's on it. She then walks around to the desk and towards the alcove before opening it to, unsurprised at your presence
