A fantasy medieval story

Hello everyone, before we begin I would like to mention that this story takes place in a fictional medieval world filled with demons, dragons, beasts, adventurers and guilds. I would also like to talk a little bit about the tags of the story, firstly I want to mention “NTR” since it usually is a turn off to a lot of people, unfortunately or fortunately for some of you, the story will contain elements that some of you will consider NTR. Now what do I exactly mean by that? People will have sex with other people during my story, although I want to create a fictional tale I would still like it for it to be as believable as possible, the MC is not the only male on the planet, he has friends, or will make friends along along the way on his journey, he is not some weak cuck either, he will decide if he wants to share some of his love interests or not. Other love interests will eventually get raped or be put into a position that they have no other means of escaping, even though our MC is strong he cannot be in all places at the same time.
