Kenny Apologizes And Zoey Talks To Anna

Kenny slowly wet his lips before pursing them, he wanted to think that someone else was the complete and utter cause of the failure of his relationship with Nicole. The problem was, he knew that wasn't true, sure Rachel didn't exactly help the situation but it wasn't like she created it all. She was right, Kenny had issue with Nicole before Rachel even arrived, or well, at least before she got involved with either of them. "Rachel...I," Kenny began to say before letting out a long exhale and rubbing his brow, "I'm sorry,"

"You're sorry?" Rachel replied, her eyes bugging out for a moment, "Seriously?"

"Yeah, I've spent nearly a day being pissed off and angry at almost everyone in the lodge because I had problems with Nicole. If we were good together, and...just, if we were meant to be together then all this shit wouldn't have happened. I'm not going to focus on what happened based off what you did because you were just trying to help,"

"I really was," Rachel nodded, "I swear, Kenny, I wasn't trying to pull one over on you,"

"I know, I...believe you, so if you're lying, then good job, you've convinced me," The teen weakly joked before shaking his head and sighing, "Seriously though, I'm thankful that you tried to help me but from now on, can I please handle my relationships myself?"

"Of course," Rachel nodded, "I suppose I'm sorry for putting my nose where it didn't belong, I didn't have the right to do that," The blonde girl remarked, "I guess if I have anymore thoughts on stuff of that nature I'll just come talk to you and leave it at that,"

"Thank you, I'd apprecaite it," Kenny muttered back. Rachel gave the teen a warm smile and turned around, deciding to leave so they could both just put this conversation behind them, "Hey, uh, real quick..."

"Hmm?" Rachel hummed back while turning her head,

"So, when we did it..." Kenny began, rubbing the back of his neck embarrassed,

"Yeah, you were good, me cumming was real, I didn't fake it," Rachel giggled, assuming that's what he wanted to know,

"Oh! Uh...thanks, that's good to know," Kenny nervously chuckled back, "But, I needed to know if you were protected, I sorta did shoot into you a little,"

"Ah, that's important to know too, I guess," Rachel giggled before sighing, "Yes, Kenny, I'm safe, clean as a whistle and been on the pill for years now. Never once had any problems, I'm a smart girl, my risk taking only goes so far,"

"Sweet, that was something that was sorta worrying me yesterday," Kenny replied with a relieved exhale,

"If you wanted to go again, by the way, I wouldn't mind," Rachel suddenly said with a raised brow causing Kenny to freeze up, "Not everyone's awake yet...and we are alone," The college girl continued with a rather sultry voice, "Oh, and I recently heard you became single, so..." She tacked on while taking a few steps towards the teen.

Meanwhile on the other side of the lodge Anna was pacing below the stairs, she desprately wanted to go upstairs to get her clothes and take a shower but she didn't wanted to talk to Eric. Worse yet, Anna didn't know what she'd see if she walked back into her room, in her mind she could only picture Nicole and Eric in bed, sleeping together. The teen's comforting arms now wrapped around the redhead instead of her. It was too vivid for Anna, and she felt her stomach starting to turn, with a small whimper Anna looked back up the hallway towards the rec room, "K-Kenny..." Anna whispered out, oddly finding instant comfort merely thinking about him. Anna wanted to go back to him, just feel him hold her again, it calmed her last time and she knew it'd work again.

"Are you okay?" Zoey's voice suddenly asked from the top of the stairs causing the shivering girl to look up at her,

"Y-Yes," Anna stammered back, quick wipping her wet eyes, "I just need to...I gotta go see someone I think," She whispered out while taking a few steps towards the rec room,

"Kenny?" Zoey easily deduced as she began to desend down the stairs, "I'm not trying to put myself in the middle of this, but why aren't you trying to talk to Eric instead of Kenny?" Anna swallowed hard and stopped moving, hanging her head in defeat, "More importantly, I saw that you spent the night with Ken, which makes me concerned. You aren't...you didn't cheat on Eric did you?"

"No!" Anna yelled back catching the redhead off guard which causing her to jump at the response, "He's the one who cheated! He fucked Nicole! I didn't do anything! I didn't! I-I d-didn't!" Anna repeated before breaking down into tears. Zoey's lips parted and her eyes grew wide, without hesitation Zoey ran forward and pulled the girl into a hug, "I didn't do anything!" Anna cried out, her body collapsing against Zoey's,

"Okay, okay, I understand," Zoey softly replied, "Oh, I'm so sorry, Anna...I didn't know, I would never have asked if I did, you understand?" She gently explained while slightly rocking the crying girl in her arms, "Please stop crying,"

"W-Why do you c-care?" Anna asked through broken breaths, "Y-You should be h-happy, t-this is wh-what I d-deserve,"

"What?! No!" Zoey all but exclaimed, "No one deserves this, I don't care what happened between us, okay, I don't! You do not deserve to be cheated on and hurt like this. I was heard him when he told you he loved you, and that to me tells me he was supposed to be loyal to you and you alone," Zoey sternly continued, "So if Eric cheated on you, then I am so, so fucking sorry, Anna,"

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry for what I did to you!" Anna wailed, feeling overwhelming guilt overtake her, "You're so nice, and I'm such a mean hurtful bitch who stole your first boyfriend!"

"Stop, it's okay," Zoey softly replied,

"No! I-I'm sorry Zoey, I'm horrible! I'm scum! I had this coming!" Anna denied as she tried to pull away from the embrace she felt she didn't deserve though Zoey refused to let her go,

"I said stop it, Anna, everything works out the way it has to," Zoey murmured back, "It hurt, I'll admit it, but I'm not going to hang onto this, it won't do me any good. But thank you...I...it takes a strong person to admit that what they did is wrong, and I really...yeah, thanks, I accept your apology,"

"Why..." Anna sniffled back, "W-Why are you being so n-nice to me? I don't d-deserve it...'

"It's the way I am," Zoey lightly laughed back, "Blame my mom, she did it to me, I'm nice to a fault," Anna continued to suck in her bated breaths and didn't seem to be calming very much, "You want to...to go see Ken?"

"Yes," Anna instantly replied, "I-I need to go see him...I just n-need to-"

"Okay, okay, you don't have to explain...just...you go on," Zoey replied with a slightly sullen tone as she reluctantly let the blonde go, "T-Talk to Kenny, he'll help, I already know," She added on as the teary eyed blonde swiftly turn and headed up the hallway back towards the rec room, "Fuck...fuck, I-I knew it...oh god," Zoey sighed as she lifted her hands and ran them through her long red hair, "Of course she'd go with him, he's so...perfect, and K-Kenny would...anyone would pick Anna, but it makes so much sense with him...way more than I would," She lowly added on before suffling towards the kitchen, the girls lower lip slightly trembling now.
