Keeping the dress safe

It was Anita's big day, and she had just said her vows and her "I do"s with her high-school sweetheart Armando. As the two were in a passionate kiss and their eyes were closed, Anita could feel a tug at her hair, down her body, and at her feet as she heard the audience gasp loudly.

When they were done and Anita opened her eyes, she gasped in shock as she saw that she was naked except for her panties! Looking around, she saw her mother next to her bridesmaids holding her dress and veil!

"Mom!!!" she shouted, "what are you doing?!"

"Just keeping the dress safe," her mother explained, "wouldn't want to get it ruined at the reception!"

"But I'm naked!" Anita complained.

"Oh relax, honey," her mother reassured her, "you still have your undies on!"

Anita looked desperately at her bridesmaids. Surely they'd have something to save this situation!
