Keep working in music, maybe as a producer or choreographer

I don't want to retire from the industry, I just know I can't be on stage forever. But there will always be newer performers, and I think being behind the scenes is fun too. I really love my production team, and I think it would be fun to work with some of them on different shows.

I guess I just don't know what to do with it. Like, where do I even start.
