Keep using the goblin
The goblin should be a better idea. You don't know how many goblins there are and this'll definitely help in doing a surprise attack. You thought whether or not to release Elizabeth right now but decide against it.
With the goblin's body you walk out from the path he got in from. Not long after you spot a smaller goblin,one you had no trouble disposing of as you smash his head as soon as you get close. You keep walking in the sole direction of the hallway until you find yourself in front of a huge room full of goblins. It's so full of goblins that the act of counting them didn't even occur in your mind.
With this many goblins the thought of killing them like the one before gets tossed out of your mind. There's no way you'd be able to do it that easily. But you can fight until this goblin does,and then jump to other goblins until you're finished. It'll take a while but you feel like you can do it.
How do you proceed?
You come into being as a low-level monster, the kind heroes chew through like popcorn. You know the drill, whether you're a player yourself or an artificial intelligence, and you're sick of it. You set out on your own quest: to defeat the heroes at any cost (or at least be an epic boss somewhere down the line).
