Keep it a surprise

When the both of you are dressed you take Doe with you to your laboratory. Your lieutenants are already waiting there.
“Oh, hey guys.” Doe says. “What are you doing here?”
“You didn’t tell her? James asks.
You smirk and say, “I didn’t want to ruin the surprise.”
“What? Which surprise?” Doe asks as she looks around confused.
Robert and Alice smile. James snickers. Lisa and Shirley giggle. Then suddenly her ears point straight up as she realizes.
“It’s you!” She says. “You all want to be transformed!?”
“I hope that’s not a problem?” Alice asks.
“No. Not at all.” Doe says while smiling. “I’d love to.”
Then your five lieutenants prepare for the transformation by undressing.

Robert, the oldest and most experienced of your lieutenants and James, the youngest male amongst them go first. Unlike previous times, you ask your patients which fox DNA they wish to be merged with.
Robert chooses the silver fox.
“I’m in my late thirties.” The man says. “When all my hairs turn silver nobody will find out when I’m turning grey.”
James instead chooses the corsec fox.
Then men lie next to each other. You attend to Robert, Doe deals with James. You grab the silver fox hairs and put them on Robert’s belly. Doe takes the corsec hairs and does the same to James. Both you and Doe start casting the spell. Doe already knows what to do, but this is a complicated spell. By doing everything just a little ahead of her, you are certain to guide her to success.
During the transformation your other lieutenants stare at their male compatriots. They have gotten nude at the same time as the men. Honestly, you find them a bit of a distraction. Or rather, you find their boobs distracting.
When the transformation is done Robert’s hairs have all turned to silver. He also has hairy fox ears and four silver haired tails. James’s transformation has also been successful, leaving him with light brown hairs on his head, pointy ears and three tails. As for Doe, she is so excited her ears are pointing straight up and all four of her tails are flapping around wildly in all directions.

Next is Alice. The thirty some year old woman chooses the fennec fox. She has always liked cute things and the fennec is a small cute fox. Now that she has a chance to become cuter herself she takes the opportunity. This time you let Doe perform the spell on her own. Under her hands, you watch Alice transform and grow two large fox ears and three beautiful tails.
Next is Lisa. She is the youngest of your lieutenants. Even younger than James. She would like to receive the DNA of a red fox, but would prefer to keep her blonde hairs. Before you can even explain what to do, Doe grabs one long blonde hair from Lisa’s head and adds it to the fox DNA. Sometime later human Lisa has been transformed into foxgirl Lisa. With long blonde hairs and three golden tails.
Lastly there is Shirley. She is the same age as James, just a few months older and is a hermaphrodite. Watching her companions transform has apparently excited her, for she has an erection. One which Doe has issues to ignore. But eventually she succeeds in successfully combining the futa’s DNA with that of an arctic fox. All of the hairs on Shirley’s head and even those on her groin have turned white as snow. Just like most of her colleagues she has grown three tails.
