Katsuragi

A Third-Year student at Hanzo National Academy and a member of the Elite team, Katsuragi is well-known for being bold, over-the-top and excitable to a fault. Rarely is she ever caught in a dull moment, often making chaos of her own accord just for the sake of it, much to the chagrin of her friends.

She is also rather infamous for her lascivious behavior, molesting and groping her many female friends without a care in the world, regardless if they like it or not. She has a particular infatuation with big boobs, never passing up an opportunity to fondle a pair she likes. (And like a total hypocrite, she hates being sexually harassed herself.)

Despite her goofiness and perversion, Katsuragi is capable of being serious when necessary. She's often the one comforting her friends when they need it, and hides her own trauma from her parents abandoning her behind a gleeful personality.

She's also prone to not thinking ahead and likes to rush into battles with her specialized metal boots, a tactic she likes to call 'sexual kick-her-assment.'
