Katie's date continues, with more surprise

"Oh there you are babe, I'm almost worried with how long you took there." Todd greets his girlfriend, giving her a big smile while they leave the cinema hand in hand back to the mall complex at large, "I was starting to think something went wrong, heh." "Oh you silly. Nothing went wrong, it was quite packed, so there's lines on the stalls." Katie said with a small, apologetic smile to Todd.

"Well, I'm glad everything went alright." He said as he gave Katie a sweet, innocent kiss on her cheek, but stopped before doing so as he noticed something near the corner of her mouth.

"Umm why do you have... Hair? There's a strand of hair on your lips. Did something happen back there?" He questions Katie, a small part of his mind jumps at Liam, but his most rational side of his mind rejects it; there’s no way that Liam can do something disgusting to her right? In a women’s restroom especially if his girlfriend is telling the truth.

"Oh! Oops—" Katie takes the strand off her lips and examines it, she can tell with how slightly curly it is, it's Liam's pubic hair.

The two of them were enjoying their meal when one of the employees came to them with two drinks.

Todd raises a brow and looks at his girlfriend, who gives an equal look of confusion. "Oh thank you... But we didn't order this? I mean, not that I don't want it of course! It's really sweet, I mean, it's not often we get this kind of attention right babe?" He said with a small awkward laugh.

The girl can't help but chuckle at that, "Don't worry about it! Like I said the manager wants to give a compliment, it's part of our new program."

"Oh my! What a wonderful new program, how generous! Please pass our thanks to the manager!" Katie said, giving her a bright and sincere smile, "The gesture is very appreciated!"

The employee can't help but giggle at how polite the couple in front of her is, "This one for the lady," she said as putting the one with 'L' on it in front of Katie.

"And the one for the gentleman," she then puts the drink with the 'G' on it in front of Todd.

"The manager hopes you two will enjoy it!" She said before taking her leave.

The way the employee put emphasis on the word ‘manager’ and ‘enjoy’, it didn't go unnoticed by the two of them. The two look at one another and can only chuckle before thanking the woman one more time before Todd turns to her girlfriend, "How lovely is that babe?"

"I agree! They are very kind! It's nice to have a good, sweet man like you around if it means we get more free stuff," Katie said, giving Todd a playful smile and giggle, making Todd smile, feeling proud and happy.

"To us then, and more free stuff." He said while chuckling, raising his cup as they toast together.

Katie takes a sip through the straw. Her face scrunching up immediately in confusion and shock, as the drink she has tastes like piss, a strong sour, acidic aftertaste.

"What's wrong Katie? Does your drink taste bad?" Todd asks in confusion, wondering what could go wrong with a free drink like this.

He took a sip from his complementary drink. He takes a moment to let the drink taste, and while it tastes a bit sour, it's not that bad for lemonade, "Mine tastes a bit sour, but nothing too bad..." Todd trails off while slightly tilting his head, looking at Katie's cup in confusion.

"No, it tastes like pi–" In the confusion, it took Katie a second to finally connect the dots.

She sees it now, how the employee puts emphasis on the words ‘manager’ and ‘enjoy’. The 'L' scribbled on her cup and how her mouth now tastes like a mouthful of piss. It’s piss, it is piss! As realization finally dawned on her, she let out a soft, quick gasp of further shock and surprise before quickly trying to recover her words quickly.

"–pie! Yeah, l-like I just bite on s-some pie with a strong sour lemon flavor! heh," Katie said as she tried to cover up the shock and pleasure that's now going through her.

"S-sorry Todd, it's nothing, it's just that it's been a while since I have lemonade." Katie said as she tried to reassure Todd while keeping up the façade that everything is all well and fine.

"Ah okay... That makes sense, I guess?" Todd said while giving Katie a small, confused smile.

He’s still unsure but not wanting to pry on Katie's feelings too much. Not when the date has been so nice so far, baring that incident when he met Liam that is. The reminder of it, of Liam the supposed friend, causes a small, irritated grimace to appear on Todd's face for a split second. But he quickly puts a smile back on and tries to keep his good mood, after all, he is still on a date with his loving girlfriend.

"Are you sure though?" He said with concern while Katie was trying to smile while still trying to process what just happened.

Katie's mind is currently going through a hurricane of thoughts. She didn't think about it when she accepted the drinks from the employee, that she would be served something awful as piss. But it does make sense to her why the employee put emphasis on the word ‘manager’ and ‘enjoy’, plus the 'L' on her cup…

It clicks for her. It doesn't stand for Lady, it's Liam!

Maybe all if it is to let her know that there's something for her from Liam, maybe the piss is his? Regardless, that piss she just drank tastes godawful, disgusting and acrid. She has never felt something as horrible and disgusting as what she just drank. But now that she knows it's from Liam, or even better yet, the possibility that it is Liam's piss that she just drank, now it somehow tastes different. The feeling of it on her tongue now is making her mouth water, as she wishes she can taste the disgusting, horrible flavor again. As if the knowledge of where or from whom it comes, has overwritten her senses making it akin to an acquired taste.

Even though she knows by all means that the taste should make her want to gag and vomit in disgust from it; and she does. It's still awful, It's piss. She can taste it right now in her mouth, but she doesn't want to spit it out as it's from Liam, it now feels so important. She feels that it's something she is privileged to have. In fact, her body and mind somehow is screaming in wants, like it's bizarrely natural to desire the repulsive taste. It makes her want to lick it, taste it all, feel it all inside her mouth, savor it, let it seep inside her, down into her body and into her soul. All to remember this flavor and feel of having her mouth filled with it.

She needs to do her part to thank Liam for it later. The least she can do now is finish it, and make sure Todd is none the wiser of it.

"Don't worry Todd... The lemon is just a bit stronger than usual, you know, a bit more sour, that's all!" She said in reassurance and enthusiasm while drinking the supposed plain, good, old lemonade from her straw.

The flavor hits her tongue hard again, but like a good woman, Katie makes sure to keep the sweet smile and excitement for Todd as she swallows this disgusting, horrible, foul, acidic drink, now that she knows what it actually is.

"Okay then, if you're sure," He said as he went back to drinking his own complimentary drink, "Wow, you're right this does have quite the punch."

Katie let out a chuckle, "Well, let's just savor it and enjoy it!" She said, a genuine smile now on her face.

For what she thinks is an awful flavor, the lemonade, or rather Liam's piss, is oddly satisfying. With their belly full, the two of them then go shopping, with Katie holding on to that 'L' cup and sipping from it from time to time while walking hand in hand with Todd. She sips it as ‘optimally’ as possible, making sure she can drink it as long as possible. Savoring the disgusting, awful flavor and making sure not a drop of it goes to waste. Todd on the other hand, can't help but think it's just an odd choice for Katie, given her first reaction.
