Kamijou Touma

Touma was having a rough day. An encounter with Misaka Mikoto had knocked out power in his apartment (again), Index and Sphinx were both struggling (read: complaining) with the heat and lack of food, due to the entire stock of food in the fridge had spoiled. Mix that with the fact every convenience store he had tried within a kilometer was also out of power, it had been a very unlucky day so far.

"Such misfortune..." Touma groaned his catchphrase out as he had finally managed to find some food after nearly a whole day of searching. As he trudged back to his apartment rental building, his phone suddenly buzzed. "Now what?" He said, fishing the phone out of his pocket and reading the notification.

The timer began ticking down in real time.

"...Reality Timer?" He asked, unlocking his phone and scrolling around his home screen. Sure enough, an app had been installed onto his phone. "Where did this come from?"

He tapped the icon, which loaded up a simple interface.

Using the Reality Timer is simple. Type in a change to your reality, and then submit. Reality will change to accommodate your input.

Once the timer reaches zero, it will cause a random change. Time can be added or subtracted from the timer depending on user-made changes.- - - - - -

Touma had encountered a lot of supernatural stuff at this point. Even overlooking how this city was literally training people to have psychic powers, Index was literally holding 103,000 forbidden magical texts in her brain, he had fought agents of multiple international religious organizations, and even encountered Magic Gods - one of them now formerly, who was living in his apartment and was now 10-15 centimeters tall!
