Just um... hanging out and stuff?

You look up at Alex as his strong arm holds you close and he continues "Yea we were going to um... you know... just hang out and stuff?" He sounds unsure, disarmed by his father's good humor.

Mr Turner smiles "Well don't let me stop you kids, in fact..." he gets up and walks over to the large wooden cabinet in the corner and unlocks it looking over it "Do you like coffee... I didn't catch your name?" You are a bit stunned as you hadn't expected to need an actual cover story "Yea I'm Jane." you smiles feeling like you covered well, he hands you a bottle of a thick brown liquid with faux Aztec markings "Well Jane it is nice to have you here. You kids have fun but be around at 6 I'm cooking spam for dinner." He gives you a kiss on the hair that makes you feel a little funny then goes back to watching the tv, turning it up loud enough that it is clear the conversation is over.

You and Alex go to his room in the basement, you can hear the tv softly from across the house. Alex is still blushing pretty hard "So that worked out better than expected?" He still sounds unsure as you nod back at him still holding the very large full bottle of booze.
