You aren’t sure why, but your gut warns you away from using the call box. Truth be told your gut was warning you about your entire predicament, but the rest need trumped your instinct. You decide to try the gate first. While immensely heavy, it isn’t locked and swings open with a ear piercing creak, startling you more than you’d like to admit. You collect yourself before heading up the winding path to the mansion.

As you approach, you get a better look at it. The dwelling seems out of place, a giant cobblestone stone building, with overgrown vines covering most of the lower levels. It seems to be atleast three stories tall, and about 100 yards wide. The building’s front is decorated with multiple ornate windows, and a large old redwood door dominates the middle. To the right of the mansion through the mist resides a creepy old graveyard, while the grounds to the left seems hold a large hedge maze. The path you walk forks, diverging between the house and the side areas.
