Just don't normally see them that big.
“No that is not it.” I replied. I was struggling to find the right words that wouldn't involve me getting hurt. “Just don't normally see them that big.” I shrugged hoping that make her stop.
“Leave the boy alone Freya.” Her archer friend replied with a sly smile.
“Why. It is so much fun when they squirm Arwyn.” The barbarian replied and glanced over at me.
“Your sister mentioned you are an amateur healer on our way up.” Arwyn replied changing the topic.
“Novice at best.” I said looking at the bite marks on Freya's arm. They looked to be a dog or wolf maybe.
"I've only cast a healing spell once, and that was on a needle prick," I admitted, shaking my head. The idea of being entrusted with a warrior's injury felt both daunting and surreal.
"Practice makes perfect," Arwyn retorted. “I can assure though she hates asking for help so i will aske for her but Freya does not bite.”
“There was that one time.” Freya smiled to herself as she offered up her arm for a closer look. “The best Arwyn can do is give me something to stop infection and something for the pain and bandage me up.” Least they had someone who could handle wounds in there little party.
"What caused these bites? A wolf?" I frowned as I took her arm examining it and arm and flipping it over slowly to reveal bite marks on both sides. I had seen a wolf bite once before when one of Jon's friends had gotten bit on a hunt and Jon had saved him by putting an arrow through the beast neck and carried him back to the town.
"The bandit leader had an attack dog that tackled me. I took some damage when it tried to use me as a chew toy before I could get to my hand ax on my hip," she explained, her expression clouded by a hint of frustration. Her gaze lifted to meet mine. "It's make it painful to grip my battle ax." She frowned. I imagine she wasn't the type who was use to feeling week.
"Let me try," I offered, a sense of determination settling in, despite my lack of experience. "Can you cover those so I'm not distracted?" I gestured to her chest, her standing there topless made it hard for me to focus.
"So you find them distracting? I'll take that as a compliment," she teased, covering her chest with one arm. "I figured someone aspiring to be a healer would be more accustomed to the human body."
"Not sure if I want to be healer. I just found a book and tried it out," I confessed with a slight frown, handling her arm gently. Under my breath, I cast the healing spell, and touched the first bite mark making it close, moving on to the next. One by one I healed the wounds on her arms. They were not very big but were pretty deep. Luckily she kept quiet letting me concentrate which was different then I had seen her the night before. “There. How is that?” I asked. I had closed all the wounds but I wasn't sure if there was anything deeper I had missed under the skin.
“Better.” Freya said as she opened and closed her fist making a fist then grasped her hands tightly. My eyes went straight to her breasts that were now uncovered. “Much better.” Freya smiled. “Thank you healer.” She said as she slapped me on the arm and leaned in giving me a forceful kiss that caught me by surprise as she pulled me into her chest. “You have my gratitude handsome.”
“Glad I could help.” I said feeling a little awkward pressed up against her like this with her amazing bare breast pressed against my chest.
“What do I owe you?” She said as she finally let me go and walked over to the wash basin to clean up and wash off the blood.
“Not really sure. I have no clue what an actual healer would charge. What ever you think is fair.” I shrugged. I was sure they know better then I would and getting to see Freya topless was almost reward enough.
“You have to charge something. Otherwise everyone with a shaving cut to a broke toe will come beg you for healing for free. You should get paid for your skills. Here.” Arwyn said as she leaned over the bed and into her bag. I couldn't help but admire her ass as she leaned over the bed. She pulled out a coin purse and stood up then dug out some coins and handed me a handful of silvers.
“This is to much.” I shook my head.
“Well technically it belonged to the one of the bandits so its not my money.” Arwyn replied.
