Just a walk

“Oh, nowhere.” Vanessa said nonchalantly, “I just thought that you could use a little fresh air and sunshine. Your cute, little body is really pale!”

“Is not!” Lauren whined, her cheeks going red as she stuck her thumb in her mouth and clutched the bear closer to herself.

Vanessa only chuckled as she pushed the pram forward. Lauren couldn’t believe this was happening to her! Here she was, a twenty-one-year old woman, out in public, laying in a baby buggy, and wearing only a diaper! And that wasn’t taking into account her new babyish speech and her apparent loss of bladder control! Lauren bit her lip as she closed her eyes, hoping this was all just one bad dream.

“Aww! What an adorable little munchkin!” a voice said, causing Lauren’s eyes to shoot wide open. Lauren looked up to see an old woman in her sixties walk up and look down into the buggy, a look of fear soon appearing on the little woman’s face. A stranger was actually seeing her dressed like this!

“I’m sorry, but may I?” the old woman asked, gesturing to Lauren’s feet. When Vanessa nodded, the old woman smiled as she tickled the bottom of Lauren’s foot, saying, “Gitchee-Gitchee-Goo!”

Lauren actually found herself laughing madly, cursing her feet for being so ticklish. When the old woman stopped, Lauren closed her eyes again as she stuck her thumb into her mouth, blushing profusely. This moment couldn’t get any worse.

“I’m sorry, I just love babies!” the old woman apologized, “And I must say that you have the second most adorable baby boy I’ve ever seen, second only to my grandson!”

That made Lauren blush even redder as her eyes shot wide open. It was one thing for her to be mistaken for a baby while she was diapered and in a baby buggy, but being mistaken for a baby BOY?! Lauren wanted to find the nearest hole in the ground, curl up in a ball, and die.

“Actually,” Vanessa began, trying to keep herself from laughing, “this is my baby sister.”

“Oh dear. Forgive me…” The old woman apologized, leaning in to give Lauren a pat on the head, “Then she is the most beautiful baby girl I’ve ever seen.”

“That’s quite alright.” Vanessa giggled as Lauren glared angrily at her.

“Well, I must be going now. Have a nice day, you two.” The old woman said cheerfully as she walked away, waving goodbye to the sisters.

Once the woman was out of ear shot, Vanessa almost fell over laughing, tears streaming down her face. That woman actually thought that Lauren was not only a baby, but a baby boy?! This was hilarious!

“It no funny, Neththie!” Lauren said, pouting angrily at her sister as she began sucking her thumb again in humiliation.

“Oh, it definitely is…” Vanessa cackled as she continued to push the pram forward down the street.

As Vanessa pushed the pram down the sidewalk, the universe apparently thought it would be a good idea to have Lauren be at the center of attention, much to the little woman’s chagrin.

Soon, a gaggle of teenage girls, a blonde, a redhead, and a brunette, came down the street before coming to a stop as they saw the buggy. The trio cooed the instant that they saw Lauren, rushing up to gush over her as the little twenty-one-year old clutched the bear to her chest tighter, sucking her thumb in humiliation.

“Aww,” the redhead cooed as she pinched Lauren’s reddening cheek, “she is just so cute!”

Lauren felt conflicted at this. On the one hand, she was glad that she wasn’t mistaken for a baby boy again. On the other hand, being a twenty-one-year old woman, she definitely did not want to be described as “cute”. “Beautiful”, or “Alluring”, sure. But not “cute”!

While the redhead was gushing over her, Lauren saw that the brunette was over by Vanessa, engaged in some sort of conversation. She tried to listen in, only to be distracted by the blonde wiggling her big toe as she began playing “This Little Piggy” with Lauren’s feet.

“And this little piggy cried…” the blonde began as she reached the little toe. Suddenly, the blonde teen reached out and tickled Lauren’s sides, causing the little woman to shriek in laughter. “Wee, Wee, Wee! All the way home!”

As Lauren started to calm down from her laughing fit, she cursed her sides for being just as ticklish as her feet. She looked over to Vanessa, praying that she would hurry up. Suddenly, Lauren heard giggling from the two teens near her, both of which were staring at her lower half.

“I guess I may have overdone it…” the blonde said with a giggle.

Lauren had no idea what these two were talking about. Looking down, Lauren gasped as she saw a large yellow spot on her diaper. Lauren whimpered as she used the bear to cover her face in shame. This whimper did not go unnoticed by Vanessa, who came over to the pram and looked inside, smirking when she saw the wet diaper.

“Aww, don’t worry, Laurie,” Vanessa cooed, “we’ll get you changed.”
