Josh is very Cocky, until he meets Batman

It took only a short amount of time for the interrogation room to be ready and all steps taken to ensure no incidents occurred. Batman was led past a room full of Prime Worlders and characters talking with their family/friends and owners respectively through glass panels and phones. Some prisoners were having animated conversations while others were giving angry instructions to their characters. One prisoner was even trying to play with their children through the glass. Batman tensed as an alarm sounded and a prisoner who started pounding on the glass was swarmed by minions from Despicable Me while a young and frightened looking Harley Quinn was escorted away.

“Sorry about that,” Batman’s escort apologized as the alarm turned off. “Some visits get very emotional.”

“How much longer is the room?” Batman asked as he watched the crying Harley walking towards the exit.

“Not far, just over here,” the guard replied as he guided Batman through a few more doors. Batman was quickly let into an octagonal room with windows on all walls (except for the two doors) where anyone may watch. There were a few tables and chairs that were bolted down evenly spaced in the room. Batman analyzed the room carefully and found two overt cameras and six hidden ones. Batman found a light switch and switched off the light just as several guards turned a corner with a prisoner with them.

“Come on man! You are gonna have problems if you keep treating me like this.” An average looking man with olive skin wearing a prisoner’s uniform complained as he was shoved into the room. “I rule B Block! See if you can safely walk around after this. And why the hell are the lights off!” Allowing the prisoner to stew for a minute, Batman turned the lights back on once the prisoner got used to the dark.

“What the fuck!” The prisoner jumped as he found Batman in front of him.

“Hello Josh Wiselheade, let’s have a talk.” Josh noticed the PWBI insignia on his chest and started to nod cockily.

“See, I told ya I was a big deal!” He shouted at the door. “Even the PWBI fucks want a piece of me!” He pounded his chest before he turned to Batman again. “What you want, asshole?!”

“I want some information on your associates with the character smugglers and mod bootleggers, especially the ones you sold Starfire-12843 to,” Batman said as he **** Josh to take a seat.

“Go fuck a zombie Harley! I aint no fuckin snitch!” Batman narrowed his eyes.

(Two minutes later)

“Help! Help me! Let me out of here!” Screamed Josh as he tried to **** the door open and banged on a window while Batman slowly walked towards him.

(Three minutes later)

“I had so much debt to this crew called the Grey Wolves who run all the mod bootlegging in town after betting on the doggirl races. I needed cash and fast so I stole a bunch of stuff from the Gardners and then Starfire crossed my path and it was a Hail Mary. I took her to this warehouse on Chiki and Teela-Man Drive; they gave me thirty thou for her which helped a lot. They mentioned taking her to a lab in the industrial district close to the track but that is all I know,” Josh said numbly as he stared at the table and spilled everything he knew to Batman.

“Would the Grey Wolves want **** if one of their labs were destroyed?”

“Definitely, they are crazy, I saw them feed a Killer Croc with a debtor’s bunnygirl for not paying on time,” Josh said, sweating. “I need protection, once they find out that I told you about them, I’m next.”

“I’ll see what I can do,” Batman said as he walked towards the door.

“Please! He was eyes and ears everywhere! With that device, anyone can be his minion and never know!” Josh shouted as guards arrived to deliver him to his cell.

“What device?” Batman asked, causing the guards to pause.

“Sir, I might have a lead in the Gardner case,” Batman said into his phone as he left the prison. “And we might have a bigger problem to deal with.”
