Join Miranda and Ali

Mark walked over with his beer to the table of Miranda and Ali. He already spent plenty of time with Matt and Cassidy so he wasn’t too worried about missing out on more time with them.

Jess was giving him that ‘I’m going to milk your balls dry’ kind of seductive look. But with his experiences with her so far, chances are he would just end up being teased to no end and that’s it.

So the decision to sit with Miranda and Ali made the most sense to Mark.

“Mind if I sit here?” he asked politely.

“Sure thing.”

“Yeah of course, take a seat.”

Mark put his beer on the table before taken a seat on the stool next to the girls. They both looked amazing all dressed up.

Miranda was in a black low cut spaghetti strap top that did plenty to show off a ton of cleavage. It went along nicely with a pinkish red skirt.

Ali also wore a black low cut spaghetti top, hers however was a lacy material. To accompany the top, Ali had on an interesting and very short camouflage skirt, topped off by a tight belt.

“You guys done much Karaoke before?” asked Miranda.

“A little here and there but I can’t sing to save myself,” replied Ali, “what about you Mark?”

Mark shook his head, “Definitley not my thing.”

One of the guys from Tiffany’s table had jumped on stage to sing ‘Don’t stop believing’. He looked tipsy already, must have had his own flask as well.

Worried that he would be **** up their tonight, Mark started to chug his beer.

“You’re keen there, it’s not a race Mark” laughed Ali as she watching him finish off the beer.

“I’m just really not a good singer, if I get **** to go up there tonight, I need to be a lot more drunk.”

“Oh don’t worry Mark,” said Miranda, “Nobody here can sing, just look at that dumbass up on stage.”

She pointed to the tipsy guy yelling out the chorus of the famous Journey song.

“He’s awful but he’s enjoying himself and nobody here’s judging.”

Mark nodded but the calming words of Miranda wasn’t doing much to calm his own nerves. Instead he excused himself from the table to get more drinks.

Coming back with two more beers, Tiffany and Paul took a shot at the microphone to sing a duet song. They were polar opposites but they still were able to get along very well on a night out.

“You really are nervous huh?” said Ali as she watched him put two full pints of beer on the table.

She was right. Mark had barely even noticed the amount of cleavage that was right in plain sight of his eyes. All he could think about was being called up onto the stage to sing.

After Tiffany and Paul had finished, a few more from other tables had their go up on stage including Matt and Cassidy in another duet. It was clear from Matt’s expression that he certainly didn’t want to be up there.

Without even realising though, Mark was started to loosen up the more he drank.

The people on the stage began to appear a little blurry, he’d lost track of the amount of beers he had polished off and the fear of getting up on stage was gone.

He was cheering loudly as one of the other guys finished up on stage.

It didn’t go unnoticed, Tiffany called out from her table, “Hey Mark, you want to go next?”

About 20 minutes ago, that would have frightened the hell out of him but Mark was beyond a state of tipsy ness now. He got out of his stool and stumbled towards the stage in front of a round of applause.
