John Doe Island

One hot day John went fishing in the sea to pass the time after divorcing his wife, he fell asleep waiting in the boat for hours, when he woke up he noticed a storm but it was too late and he ended up numb, the next day. The day he found himself stranded on a beach and was rescued by a walking couple, which took him to the hospital they found in that city, after a brief explanation he discovered that they were still on an isolated island in the world or on an island in Another world and thanks to the doctor he understood that the couple who helped him had long wanted to have children and that people did not know the sex but only knew how to make babies by taking medications (which were abundant) but had a low probability of resulting in pregnancy
