Hi, my name is John, I'm 18 years old, and I just moved to Toronto to begin my studies at University. My parents live in Vancouver, and my sister is still studying there, so it was my choice to come here alone to begin my life in the city. This is my first time living alone away from home.

I'll be honest with you guys, I wasn't really looking forward to living on campus residence so I decided to find an apartment off-campus as soon as possible. Quite quickly I found the perfect place close by, it was a one bedroom on the second floor with a balcony big enough to relax on. It isnt too big but the shared spaces are gorgeous with lots of natural light coming through the windows. Finding the place beautiful, I decide to go and visit them for a look around before signing any legal documents.

The building itself is located near Ryerson University and is quite modern in style. There's a pool, gym, tennis court, sauna and even a cinema room! As i get to the building I look up at the sign, it says "Altaire: the Next in Student Housing" so I guess this should be interesting. The receptionist greets me politely and asks my name, "John Smith?" I reply to her and she takes down some details about my arrival. She informs me that they can show me the apartment right away if I would like to proceed.

The Receptionist stands up and begins to show me around the building and the amenities available to residents, we walk out onto a small patio where there is a table set with drinks and snacks. The view from here is amazing, it overlooks the lake and there are plenty of places to relax and take in the sun when I notice a cute hispanic girl sunbathing topless next to me! I look over at the receptionist and ask her what's going on, "oh the Altaire Residence is a Free Use Residence so the girls as well as you, who live here are allowed to use the facilities whenever and however they want," she replies to me with a smile.

"Even naked?" I joke nervously with her.

"Yes, that's correct," she laughs back at me, "As a free use residence, all residents have agreed to their use by the designated male attendant, well you know..."

"So... does that mean...?" I ask her hesitantly.

She looks at me and says "well if you pass the interview then you will be hired as our male attendant."

"What? Hired?!" I exclaim.

"Yep, the male attendant position comes with free housing, food and access to the amenities here, plus a small stipend each week."

"Sounds good to me," I tell her with a grin.

"So shall we continue to the interview portion then? After which I'll present your application to the management team for approval."
