Job Offer

"I was thinking Hermione could become a Manager in the Castle." Luna said surprising Hermione and Harry.

"Luna!" Hermione scolded but Harry then cut her off.

"Well, it did cross my mind, but I didn't think you'd approve of it." Harry said as Hermione saw Harry had actually considered her for the job but chose not to out of respect for her. "I mean Blimy Hermione your brilliant, sure smarter than I ever was." Harry said and thus Hermione considered her options here.

She would be able to gain experience for when she became Minister. Plus, her current workload was light enough that she can endure this job. Plus, she can take time to hire an actual management team and provide this place with better organization. Hell, she can even train a replacement for when she focuses on her political career.

"Ok Harry hypothetically speaking if I were to agree to the role... would I still need to go through an interview?" Hermione asked as she had a few ideas.

"Well of course but at this point it would be more of a formality." Harry said and thus Hermione thought it over for a bit.

"When can we do it?" Hermione asked because she needed to get a few things ready first. Sure, it might take a bit, but Hermione was not one to deny it.

"Tomorrow would work, should give you time to gather what you need." Harry said and thus Hermione saw what Harry was doing. "I'll have a Maid help you retrieve for you your things." Harry added to which Hermione smiled.

"Thanks love be back soon." Hermione said giving Harry a quick peck and then headed off to the room she was supposed to be staying in for her time here. When Hermione left she already had a mental list of all she would need, sure it's a formality but as a manager she should set a good example for those working under her.
