Joan accidentally made a few mistakes

The person Joan had described in the form wasn't who she was at the moment. A few questions were answered in a way that didn't match with the current Joan. Dr. Valentine knew that most of them were mistakes and, if Joan would have looked over the form again, she would have corrected them. But with that she could mess some more with Joan by turning her into the person described in the form.

"O.K. Joan, that's also done." Dr. Valentine put the paper away. "Now to a thing you may not like." Dr. Valentine put on a serious expression. "As you may know, your current looks are just temporary." There was the topic Joan didn't want to be talked about. "But there is nothing to worry about. With another visit at Stacy's salon we can freshen-up the changes." She pronounced the "freshen-up" to imply the changes were temporarily, which they weren't. But she had to get Joan into the salon once again to turn her into the person from the form. And Joan's expression indicated that she would have no problem doing so. "So I suggest we go there right now and get over with it."

"Oh my god! Yeah! Sure!" Joan said all happy about it.

Again Dr. Valentine left her office with her patient and walked over to Stacy's salon. On the way she had a wicked smile, not only because she could mess some more with Joan, but also because Joan didn't let a chance to flirt with guys slip.

At the salon Stacy greeted the two with cheek kisses. "What can I do for you today?" She asked Dr. Valentine.

"Joan is here to get her looks freshen-up." Dr. Valentine said.

For a second Stacy looks at her, but than puts on a wide, knowing smile. "Sure." Again she guided Joan to the back of the salon, seated her and put an anesthetic mask over Joan's nose and mouth.

"So how do you want her to look?" Stacy asked Dr. Valentine after Joan fell asleep.

"I want her to match this." Dr. Valentine showed Stacy a photo of the form Joan had filled out on her phone.

Stacy's put on a wicked smile. "Did you fill out that form?"

"No, this time she did it herself." Dr. Valentine replied. She had done the same thing a few times before, but most of the times she manipulated the form to have her fun. But this time she didn't had to do so.

"O.K. Then let's get started." Stacy undressed the boy she turned into a busty shemale. She looked at the phone to make sure she did the right thing before she spread Joan's legs. "This thing has become really small. No comparison to the huge one from last week."
