One of the original two playable characters of the Resident Evil Franchise Jill Valentine began the game as a member of the Raccoon City Police Department’s Elite STARS Unit. Standing for Special Tactics and Rescue Services Jill Valentine served as a member of Alpha Team as their Rear Security.

Specializing in bomb disposal and lockpicking, these skills aided Jill in surviving during the Arklay Mansion Incident but the subsequent coverup by the Umbrella Corporation and eventually the destruction of Raccoon City itself.

Combating hordes of zombies, mutated animals, and Bioweapons throughout her years in law enforcement, Jill Valentine spent several years brainwashed by series antagonist Albert Wesker before quickly returning to duty as a member of the BSAA.

Appearing in not only the video game series and animated spin-off as well Jill Valentine has been portrayed thus far by two actresses. The first being Sienna Guillory in three of the Paul WS. Anderson films and later Hannah John-Kamen in the reboot.
