The match-making system for Cupid's Wishes went through Kendra's folders and picked up one of the bigger folders, matching it with a contract that was in system. One Jessica Rabbit.

"My Dear Jessica-

I loved you from your first curve. From the rough box sketch I made, to the more abstract lines of action doodles, to the concept art, and to the full fledged woman on paper and screen. And yet, as much of a creator I am, a businessman I am not. Nor am I a clever man. Your rights, your existence, even your memories have been lost to me, and to yourself. I do not hate Roger, he seems very well for you but I know how types like he can be, and more to the point, those that hold the strings of his contract.

It's funny. I speak of wanting your freedom, but here I am. A stranger to you, setting you up for an arranged marriage without your consent. For anyone who wishes to marry Jessica Rabbit, they must meet these requirements;

1. They must be kind, courteous, and understanding. Willing to help her come to terms with the revelations that might come about.
2. They must be creative, artistic, and a well versed animator, understanding the methods of the media and open the idea of 'Toon Logic'
3. They must be well off enough to provide a safe and happy life to Jessica, should issues from her work contract come to pass.
4. Finally, they must truly be able to make her laugh, from the bottom of her heart.
