Jessica Harlan, 42, is a sharp, successful but deeply exhausted corporate strategist — recently divorced after a stale 15-year marriage. She’s still attractive in a mature way (curvy figure, full breasts, wide hips), but she’s become increasingly self-conscious about aging, her softening body, and the feeling that her best years are behind her. After a particularly brutal divorce settlement and a burnout episode at work, she splurges on a 7-day "Pleasure Unlimited" package at Echo Resort.

She tells herself it’s just a harmless fantasy vacation — a chance to feel young, desired, and free again. No strings. No guilt. No consequences.

When she enters the resort, she is immediately greeted by the robot butler and politely taken to a washroom, where she had a chance to wash up and put on a specially tailored skintight rubber float suit.

Once clean and dressed in the specially designed full immersion suit she is told to lie down in a cocoon shaped pod, and to lie down as a helmet of sorts covers her head. And a screen is inserted in front of her eyes with a countdown.

10 .... 9 ..... 8 .... 7 .... 6 .... 5 .... 4 .... 3 .... 2 .... 1 ....

And then her consciousness fades like falling into a dreamless sleep.
