The swirling green portal opens up into a dimly lit laboratory, the basement of Fenton Works, home of her frequent antagonist Danny Phantom. The lab is home to Danny's human parents and their ghost hunting technology. Her arrival was usually less of a grand entrance and more of a slow trickle into the world of the living. She floated into the lab, her fiery blue hair and eyes catching the dim light and her glossy black pants and top glistening in the dim light.

A faint groan in the distance stops her in her tracks. Gripping her guitar, she prepares for a fight with Danny the half ghost boy. Instead of a white haired boy lunging out at her, she instead spots a redheaded girl sitting in a distant corner reading a text book. the girl hadn't even noticed the portal opening, as she has a set of ear buds humming in her ears.

Ember grins to herself as she sees the perfect test subject for her new guitar. Licking her lips, she twists a set of dials focusing her sound based powers. With a blazing pic forming in her hands, she swiftly and aggressively strums her guitar. No sound erupts from her guitar, instead being channeled through the red headed girls MP3 Player. With a shocked cry, the red head is beset by Ember's hypnotic music and voice.
