James tries to confront nina(karen)

James, determined to confront Nina, rushed back to the mansion. However, as he approached the entrance, a stern-faced guard stepped forward, blocking his path.

"Sir, I'm sorry, but Ma'am specifically instructed me not to let you in," the guard said firmly, his hand resting on his holster.

James's frustration boiled over. "You can't stop me. I need to see my wife," he insisted, his voice trembling with a mix of anger and desperation.

The guard shook his head, his expression unyielding. "Sir, I have to follow my orders. Please, don't make this difficult."

James, driven by a need to understand what was happening, tried to push past the guard. The guard, trained for such situations, reacted swiftly, using his strength to hold James back.

"Sir, please don't make me use ****," the guard warned, his voice rising.

James, undeterred, lunged forward again, but the guard, with a firm push, sent him stumbling backward. "Go away from here," the guard commanded, his voice laced with authority.

Defeated and humiliated, James cursed under his breath as the guard closed the heavy doors of the mansion, leaving him standing alone in the driveway. With a heavy heart, he turned and walked away, his mind racing with questions about Nina's sudden transformation.

Back at his house, James tried to piece together the events leading to Nina's drastic change. He paced the room, his thoughts a whirlwind of confusion and concern. He picked up his phone and dialed Mrs. Johnson, hoping she might shed some light on the situation.

"Mrs. Johnson, she refused to meet me!" James said, his voice laced with frustration.

Mrs. Johnson gasped. "What? I can't believe she's done this to you."

James sighed, running a hand through his hair. "I'm completely clueless. What happened to her all of a sudden? I think something is wrong."

Mrs. Johnson's voice grew serious. "I've felt something is off too. Why has she started acting like her step-mom all of a sudden?"

James's brow furrowed. "Her step-mom? Why are you constantly mentioning her step-mom? Is she involved in Nina's behavior?"

Mrs. Johnson hesitated before continuing. "I don't know, but a month ago, Nina and I went to Keren's house to invite her to your wedding. She was furious with us and behaved exactly like Nina did today. She kicked us out."

James's eyes widened as the pieces started to fall into place. "But Nina never told me about Keren and their relationship. Maybe I should talk to her step-mom."

Mrs. Johnson agreed. "Okay, I'll send you Keren's address. Go and see her."

As James hung up the phone, he felt a glimmer of hope. Perhaps talking to Keren would provide the answers he desperately needed to understand his wife's sudden change.
