James waited nervously in the waiting room. He was supposed to have a full exam. He hated having full exams. It meant that a doctor would try and look at him naked. James often talked his way out of full exams but this one was required by his college in order to participate in a sport.
“James?” The nurse called out. “Right this way please.”
James stood up nervous. There were quite a few women in the waiting room. He imagined their reactions if they were to see his naked little penis.
James followed the nurse to a private area where the vitals were being taken. “Alright against the wall please,” the nurse said. “Heels back all the way, back straightened. Good. 5’10”.”
James then was weighed and blood pressure was taken. The nurse quickly took James’s temperature temporally and then guided him to a room near the waiting room. “Alright, the doctor will be here in a moment. Please strip your clothes off. You can leave your underwear on. There’s a gown for you there to put on wear it like a vest so it opens from the front.”
James nodded and let the door close. James reluctantly took his clothes off. He left his tighty whities on which were stuffed with a sock.
He sat down and felt the cold air conditioning on his skin causing him to shiver as he put the gown on. He realized immediately it wasn’t long enough to cover his waist and left him without coverage from waist down. The gown barely covered anything and was pretty useless.
James opted just to not wear the gown as it made him feel more naked with it.
He heard a knock on the door. He gulped as he saw the door open.
