Jake

One of Valley's first takers was a recently divorced guy named Jake. Jake had a basic dad bod as he is 35 years old. He had a slight tan, but was still kind of pale from the winter months. Jake was down on his luck and needing a real change, and he had been following the beautiful Valley online since his wife first left him six months ago.

Valley had crafted her intake questionnaire and had Jake begin filling out the information. Jake found himself easily distracted by Valley's enormous cleavage every time he glanced up at his computer screen. He could just get lost in those ripe melons for eternity.

For questions 1-5 use scale of 1-5 one being the worst and five being the best:

Question 1. Rate how confident you are in your job. Jake marked a 3.

Question 2. Rate how good you are at making healthy choices. Jake looked at his slight belly and marked a 2.

Question 3. Rate how good your sex life is today. Jake marked 1.

Question 4. Rate How good of a listener a friend or significant other would rate you. Jake marked 3 for this one.

Question 5. Rate How confident you are in bed. Jake marked 3 again.

For Question 6-10 Read the word out loud and mark Exciting or Boring based on how that word makes you feel.
