Jack Darby looked at the old medallion, which had belonged to an old relative on his mother side. A simple six sided shape with a set of two triangles, one over top of another with one pointing up while another was pointing down. Each point was set with a different colour gemstone. Blue, yellow, red, purple, green and orange.

His mother, June, told him, "Your Great-Great Uncle said he found it in some ruins, that it brought him good luck. Made it so everything when his way, caused all of his dreams come true. He passed it to me when he did, but I had no use for it. But maybe it could bring you luck.

Especially with your 'sci-fi' club friends. Hopefully, it proves to be luck and keeps you safe."

Which was why Jack was wearing it when he rode Arcee to meet the bots. Not knowing he was now wearing the most powerful object in the universe. At least not yet...
