It had been an interesting first day at UA for Izuku Midoriya, otherwise known as Deku, he had narrowly squeaked by on the Quirk Apprehension Exam and he was now faced with a very odd situation.
He had arrived home to find a package had come while he was away. He wasn't expecting anything and so had been left wondering at just what it could be. There was the thought of it being something dangerous targeted at him due to the fact that he was now a hero-in-training but he pushed those thoughts to the back of his mind as it didn't really make that much sense for that to be the case.
Taking a deep breath he tore away at the brown paper that surrounded whatever was inside unveiling several stacks of more paper, this time white in colour with one larger sheet on top of them. Izuku picked up the larger sheet. "Promotion/Demotion Slips?" Izuku asked no one in particular, very confused by the delivery.
Befuddled, he read on through the larger page of paper, all the while becoming increasingly confused. Was this the result of some sort of quirk? That was the only thing that made any sort of sense to him.
"I guess if these claim to work, I'd better at least try, if they work then I can figure out where to go from there and if they don't, then I can just get rid of them," Izuku reasoned to himself, "The only problem is that someone has to read it."
"I should try and figure out who it would be best to try it out on."
