Izuku Check In Chapter 4.

Izuku's harem and alterations:

Izuku's alterations: His seed currently tastes like a sweet nectar. He also has perfect control of how much of One For All he uses.

General Harem details: Every girl in the harem has extra sensitive breasts, though they can turn off this sensitivity at will. They also have the ability to lucid dream together now.

Momo: The one made into a Sex Genie. Completely submissive.

Ochaco: Total submissive, able to use her Quirk on herself without the nausea, and has a Neko form with erogenous cat parts, and an extra rough tongue.

Tooru: Switch, leans towards submissive, but dominates the other girls besides Setsuna. Can now make herself and things she touches invisible or visible at will. Has an enjoyment for exhibitionism.

Setsuna: Equal footing with Izuku, dominates the other girls. Can also regrow her parts she detaches with her Quirk without relinquishing control of the preexisting detached part. Has a limited degree of ability to make some wishes with Momo.

Tsuyu: Bratty sub, likes to be subdued. Her tongue is also extra durable now, and erogenously sensitive when she wants it to be.

Itsuka: An assertive sub. While she is fully obedient to Izuku, she takes initiative more than the others, save maybe Momo earlier on while she had been coaxing Izuku out of his shell.

Mei: More of a switch who doesn't care much about who's on top or on bottom, so submits herself easily. Also working on a lockbox for Momo's Lamp, and also trying to make a Sex Android for him, partly as sexual justification for the wish made to have her able to work on prototypes in a workshop in her dreams.

Pending harem members.

Reiko: Someone Izuku is starting to consider strongly.

Midnight: Mostly just under consideration by Izuku, but will most likely have a spot in the harem.

Mirko: This one is gonna be pretty far into the future, if it even happens. Izuku's internship with her only has his pinky toe in the door at this point.

Melissa: Transferring to the Hero Course from I-Island, and will be hanging out with Izuku and the harem for a while before any decision is made. She is working on utilizing a Hero Suit with Nanotech.

Part Time Harem/Polycule Members.

Yumi: Formerly the Nomu that attacked the USJ, was given multiple personalities, completely obedient to Izuku, a bit subdued emotionally except when having sex, and enjoys combat. Currently assists with guarding UA, so isn't often with Izuku.

Mina: Dating Kirishima, part of a polycule with Izuku. Selective Switch, she submits to some people, dominates others. Submissive to Izuku, dominant to Kirishima.

Kyoka: Dating Kaminari, part of the polycule. Totally submissive sexually, though that won't stop her from berating Kaminari for being a dunce outside of the sex stuff. Has a bunny girl form, and her earphone jacks are exra durable and erogenously sensitive when she wants them to be.

Other story details of note:

Izuku has at this point wished for his mother to be at her former weight before she started stress eating, and for All Might to be healed, in order to improve All Might's ability to pursue a sex life. Also, Izuku and All Might are passing One For All back and forth between them. Also, Momo has basically become sitcom archenemies with Bakugo. And All Might and Inko are considering a relationship as well.
