It takes an unexpected turn

The two girls follow the principal to the administrative wing of the school, passing by tons of their peers as they walk submissively behind the principal, their naked feet padding softly down the halls. While everyone takes lots of mental pictures of the nude girls with their eyes, none of them dare make a move to take their phones out for a more permanent memento in front of the principal.

After what felt like forever, they reached the principal's office. She motions to two chairs that were in front of her desk. Anna's eyes widen as she realizes towels are already placed on the two chairs. It seems that no matter what state they came back to school in, the principal expected them to end up with naked bottoms in these chairs this morning.

"Anna, your reputation as one of the brightest students of your class holds up. I see you've already realized that no matter how you showed up, you would have ended up naked in this office this morning," Mrs Harrison starts, "I was very surprised to hear about the antics you two got up to last week. Showing up to multiple classes naked, showing yourselves off to almost half the school. Honestly, what were the two of you even thinking?"

Anna and Claire didn't have a good answer, so they kept quiet, sitting solemnly in their chairs.

"Did you think that I wouldn't hear about what was happening? Do you not think that your teachers would end up talking about it in the faculty lounge? Or that one of them would end up mentioning it to me directly?" Mrs Harrison pauses, looking each girl in the eye, seeing them deflate as they realize the gravity of what they did.

"However," she continues, "Mr Hanson, your speech teacher, commended both of you on how well you performed in class on Friday. His words were, and I quote, 'the best dry runs of a final speech that I have heard in all my years of teaching'. He praised your abilities to overcome the embarrassment and thrill of breaching social norms to still be able to perform at the highest level in his class. Therefore, I am willing to give the two of you some grace. This comes on one condition."

The two girls looked up, surprised and relieved to know that they will be let off the hook at least a little bit.
