Tsukane shuddered violently at that, even as Shizuka shook her head. "Don't be silly! The fact of the matter is, humans outnumber monsters by a margin of about 10,000 to one! The margin wasn't always that high, mind you, but humans have always had strength in numbers, and a greater degree of cooperation between them! Furthermore, they have only continued to develop their societies at a downright scary rate! They currently possess weapons that would put down even the most powerful of monsters... In large numbers. This very country we have this school in has some history with being in the receiving end of that," Shizuka lectured brightly, acting as if she wasn't talking about such horrific events as Nagasaki and Hiroshima. "Obviously, even the weakest monsters would have little trouble against a lone, unarmed human, which is good for keeping the secret should any humans discover it, as they need to be killed for obvious reasons. As such, there are no humans in this schools. It's humanity as a whole we need to be wary of..."
