It starts off quite well, and they get started with Lisa!

They emerged under what looked like a night sky in a desert. "...wow, this is kind of spooky," Ichigo noted, looking about. "Seems about right for a place Hollows live... well, if you can call what are essentially regressed ghosts living."

"So... let's go find some Hollows," Lisa noted, and as they got moving, Rukia leaned in to whisper to Ichigo again.

"So, how do you want to get started with Lisa?" she whispered to him, making him pause, and consider as they walked. "Given she has a hypnosis fetish... I would reccomend wishing for a trigger phrase that would put her into a trance state... then you can implant futher triggers into her..." she purred. "And for additional fun, you can make the first triggers something small, and gradually escalate them... or implant different personalities entirely into her. Lots of possibilities~!"

"...okay, yeah, let's start with the trance trigger..." Ichigo nodded. "I'll be sure to ask if she's actually into this though before I go any further though."

"Knock yourself out..." Rukia nodded.

"...okay, then I wish that whenever I say the words..." Ichigo paused to consider, crossing his arms to come up with a decent trigger unlikely to be said in casual conversation by mistake by him. "..."Entranced Masked Perv" to Lisa, she would enter a completely suggestible state, and whenever I tell her to wake up, she won't remember anything that happened under trance, but still follow any orders given under it."

"As you wish!" Rukia snapped her fingers. Then, without warning, a massive, scorpion shaped Hollow erupted from the sand.

"Well, there's our first target!" Ichigo noted, drawing Zangetsu. The Hollow immediately swung its claw at Ichigo, who blocked on his cleaver like blade. Lisa immediately drew her own blade, and when it aimed its stinger at her, she dodged by jumping back. Yoruichi ducked the other pincher, and kicked the Hollow right in the mask, cracking it. It shrieked and reeled, but before it could retreat too far, Rukia froze its legs. As it struggled, Lisa severed the stinger, and Ichigo swung Zangetsu to cut off the claw. The Hollow flailed, and Rukia turned to Ichigo.

"Time to switch?" she asked.

"I'd say yeah," Ichigo nodded, and he, Rukia, and Lisa turned control over to their Inner Hollows, letting them jump on the crippled Hollow and consume it.

"...yep, definitely feeling a little stronger after that," Lisa remarked. "Also, glad we weren't conscious for it. Still won't enjoy thinking about it later though."

"Yeah, I still can't believe we're doing this, but it's working," Ichigo nodded. "We should keep it up. Just remember, we'll be releasing the souls when we're done with them, so don't get too attached to the extra power."

"Wonder if Inoue could Reject the captivity of those souls in you without weakening you in the process," Yoruichi mused. "As in, release the souls, but also Reject your power dropping as a result?"

"...hmm, interesting idea, but not sure she could. Might be worth experimenting with later," Ichigo replied. He then turned to Lisa, and then stated, after a moment of hesitation, "... Entranced Masked Perv." Lisa blinked in confusion, before immediately stiffening, and expression drained from her features.

"Oh wow, what did you do?" Yoruichi asked, turning her head towards Lisa, and processing her current state. Rukia explained while Ichigo stood in front of Lisa, considering where to start. Probably something quick, given they were mixing business and pleasure.
