It looks like she's willing to be a good pet...for the moment.

You rise up to your feet and the gnome watches you as you stand above her, her glare becoming more of a measuring and thoughtful gaze. She seems to be thinking about her situation and weighing her options in her mind. You can imagine the situation seems bleak and her options limited from her perspective. In truth, you would almost feel sorry for her if you did not believe that she brought this upon herself by daring to attack your master. The foolishness of her friends and herself to try and attack the dark lord were what brought them to ruin and, now, she was paying the price for that foolishness and, if you were asked, it was a **** price than what her friends had paid.

She seemed to come to the same conclusions you did, though perhaps not in the same way you did, as she closed her eyes and took a deep breath before slowly sitting up and then moving to her knees. She took another deep breath and then looked up at you, her shining green eyes trying to hold strength, but holding tears instead. Tears of shame and resignation, you had to assume as she ran her tongue over her lips and cleared her throat so she could speak.

"Okay. I...I guess I don't have a choice. I'll...I'll be good.", she says quietly, defeat clear in her voice.

You smile at her at those words and then reach out to gently caress her cheek as a master would to show approval and affection for a good pet. "That is good. Gnome be good pet. Not hurt gnome. Not punish gnome. Gnome good to me. I good to gnome. Yes?", you say as you move your hand to stroke through her short hair again, petting her once more in as gentle a way you can manage.

"Y-yes.", she replies, her voice shaky as you can tell she is fighting not to recoil from your touch, something you would be able to forgive since she is making the effort to be a good pet. Still, there is one thing you have to get straight and your hand stills on her head and you flex your fingers lightly to let her feel the pressure you could put on her skull if she decided to be a bad girl.

"Yes...what?", you ask her shortly and her wide eyes turn up towards you in surprise and confusion then, after a moment of thought, realization that has her closing her eyes again to fight back hot tears of shame.

"Yes...Master.", she whispers softly and you nod in approval as you begin to pet her gently once more.

"Good pet. Gnome is good girl.", you say to her and then move your hands to grab her beneath her arms and lift her to her feet before giving her another pat on the head, "Now, gnome show master how good she is. I am master. Gnome listen my words."

You move then to sit on the bed, the gnome turning to watch you as you do so, and lean back as you fix her with your gaze and give her a toothy smile. "Gnome remove clothes for me. I want see gnome uncovered."
