You feel your heart pounding as she stares at you. Not only do you feel somewhat ridiculous barking for this woman, but you now also feel the need of her acceptance.

"Good boy!" Angela finally says.

She pats you on the head as you feel your body relax. You let out a deep sigh of relief, as you weren't quite sure what would happen if that hadn't been acceptable to her.

"Aww! Look at that. You're so excited to be with me, you're panting!" She says joyously.

The way she speaks to you sends a little spark of excitement through your body. Part of you knows how strange this all is, how you're being talked down to and degraded. Yet something about her makes you want it all.

"Now, I know it's your first night, but I think we should start with a little training." She says, giving you a pat on the head before taking a few steps back. "But don't worry, I always give treats to good boys who listen."

She looks at you with a knowing smile. You're unsure of what she has planned, but you have a feeling you're going to like it... at least you hope.

"We're going to work on your stay." She says as she holds out her hand. "When I say STAY you don't move at all, no matter what, until I say RELEASE. Think you can do that?"

You're still not exactly sure how to best convey your understanding as a dog. You open your mouth wide, letting your tongue fall out as take loud quick breaths, allowing your head to bob slightly in the process.

"Good boy!" She says, clearly approving of the way you responded. "Now, STAY!"

She holds her hand out in front of you for a moment, though you continue to stay still. She takes a few more steps back, watching you closely as if to confirm you're not moving.

"Good boy! but remember, you have to stay, no matter what."
