It can only get worse

Susan is standing in front the stove preparing breakfast, when Micheal is approaching her, hugging her from the back. Laurie is questioning what kind of relationship mother-son do they have. This is the moment our protagonist listen the worst words in the history.

"Later Sam and Jake will come to playing, is it a problem?" the rest of the conversation was clouded by Laurie's thoughts.

Other people are gonna see laurie in that state? she couldn't permit it. There had to be something that she could do to avoid that inconvenience.

She tried to think about everything, every possibility, every chance and every plausible future where she won't be humiliated anymore. While pretending to do nobody knows what, she get up to approach her mother and pour over the cup on her praying than that everything goes as planned.
