Then, as customers began to stream towards your butchery for their supplies, she's animatedly chatting with customers, freaking them out and hurriedly chasing them away.

She refused to touch raw meat, even with her gloves on, and spent her time looking in the mirror and applying makeup while you toiled outside with the customers. She pouted whenever she worked, and she would shoot you glares that made you unsure of if she wanted to fuck you or kill you. Probably both.

Good God, you wouldn't even get started on how much she tried to seduce you. She somehow managed to make a t-shirt, jeans, and a bloody apron look sexy.

Despite all of her flaws, you manage to get through the day without that many mistakes, although you receive a few sympathetic pats on the back and a knowing look from another sentient NPC.

Game Lore: Marie Cruento

A regular fencer in-game, Marie Cruento is a somewhat known guide for beginners, and is nicknamed the "Escort Service" for her tendency of charging money from beginners for her assistance. She has recently been seen in Ardenter's butcher shop, dressed in similar attire and occasionally helping the well-known boss with his business. This would lead one to think that she has become an apprentice at the store, though she refuses to comment about it.

Despite her tendencies, she expresses extensive knowledge in AI research, anthropology, and the Alicization theory, suggesting that her out-of-game persona might be someone well-versed in game development and/or quantum theories.

Further investigation will be issued, and all game mods will be questioned. For the time being, Marie Cruento shall be marked as a POI.
