It's time to establish some authority.

Walking into the classroom, I see that the few people who arrived early all seem really confused, which is understandable. Our teacher is currently standing at attention while staring off into the distance. And it happened the instant I screamed from the hall. Who wouldn't find that odd? It wasn't my smoothest move, but like I said, the urge to test her trigger was killing me.

"Maria? What are you doing? Hello?" A guy at the back of the room says while trying to get the teacher's attention.

"Uh... what's going on?" A girl asks from her seat as she sees me come in.

"Why would I know? I just walked in," I play dumb.

"Weren't you the one who was yelling just a second ago?" She asks.

"Oh, that. Yeah, that was me, but it had nothing to do with whatever's going on here. I saw a friend down the hall and was trying to get their attention," I lie.

It's not a great lie, but there's no real way to disprove it. The girl gives me an unsure look, but otherwise doesn't push the issue any further. Under the guise of trying to figure out what's wrong with Maria, I walk over to her stiff body. I wave my hand in front of her face, to which she doesn't react at all. I then decide to be a bit bolder and poke her in the stomach. I'm immediately made aware of just how in shape our health teacher is. When I make contact with her skin, I don't feel the softness of any fat. Instead, her toned muscles push back against the **** of my finger. Damn. This woman is fit.

No matter how I poke and prod, Maria doesn't break her rigid stance. She really is completely ignoring everything I do to her, just like the remote said she would. As much as I would love to take this opportunity to grope Maria's sex body, I know that's a disaster waiting to happen. Everyone in the room is looking in my direction. Luckily, it seems like they're watching Maria to see if she reacts to what I'm doing, so as long as I don't do anything too outlandish, I should be fine.

While considering what my next move should be, an idea occurs to me. It may have been a bit hasty of me to rush in without bothering to check the remote, but maybe I still can. With only a small number of people in the room, all of whom are sitting down in desks, I might be able to...

With a plan formed, I look Maria's body up and down as though I'm examining her. I slowly walk around her body until I'm standing behind her. I then subtly pull out the remote and place it directly behind Maria's back. None of the other students should be able to see it from this angle, a fact that I confirm by glancing around the room. There's something about using the remote in front of a group of people without them knowing that I suddenly find really appealing. It's like I'm living even more dangerously than I usually do. CHAIN OF COMMAND

The target will feel compelled to obey all orders from anyone they believe has authority over them, which will always include the user. Similarly, other people will feel compelled to obey all orders from the target if the target has authority over them.

Seems simple enough. She obeys anyone who outranks her and commands anyone she outranks. I guess that technically makes her a switch. Interesting. Well as long as she listens to me, it makes no difference. With how complex some of these later attributes are getting, it's nice to see one that's so straightforward. It's still powerful, mind you, just not overly complicated. In fact, I think I might know a good way to test this one out too...

The first thing I need to do is get Maria back in action. This plan does need her to be at least somewhat aware of the world around her. I slip the remote back into my pocket and lean as close as I can to Maria's ear without looking too suspicious.

"At ease, soldier," I whisper to her.

Just as quickly as it entered that pose, Maria's body relaxes. She blinks a few times and stretches for a bit. After a moment, she notices everyone staring at her. It also looks like more students must have made their way into class while I was reading Maria's new attribute.

"What are you all looking at?" She asks.

"What was that about? Why were you standing like that?" A new person points out.

"Oh. Is that what this is about? Don't worry about that. It was just something I had to do."

Huh. That was an unexpected response. So Maria knows about her trigger? Or rather she knows she needs to salute me when I say the word "attention." She probably doesn't know that it's a magic trigger implanted into her head. But still, it is a notable detail. I suppose the remote didn't say anything about her not remembering the whole situation.

"But why?" The student presses.

"Why?" Maria repeats in confusion. "Because Matt told me to-"

Shit! I briefly panic when I hear my name. Just because Maria has rationalized her behavior doesn't mean everyone else will. Thinking fast, I try to step in before I get in trouble.

"We don't need to get into all the details. In fact, let's just drop the whole discussion," I cut her off.

"Yes, Sir," Maria responds, momentarily snapping back into her soldier persona. She even straightens up her posture slightly, which is entertaining to see. Though clearly not every feels that way...

"Sir? Why are you calling him 'Sir?' What's going-" The girl from early starts to say.

"That's enough. We're dropping the subject and that's final. I don't want to hear another word about it. I don't even want any of you to think about it anymore," Maria states in a stern tone.

What happens next is even more interesting. Every single student in the class (aside from me, obviously) suddenly perks up. They all sit tall in their seats, similarly to Maria's erect posture earlier.

"Yes, Ma'am," they all say in unison.

As soon as those words leave their mouths, they all relax back down as if nothing happened. And then... silence. No one says another word. They all just go about their day like everything is totally normal. Okay, I'm really loving this new attribute already.

"Actually, Maria, now that I think about it, I don't really want to have class today," I say, moving on to the next stage of my plan. As expected, Maria just chuckles at my statement.

"Alright, Matt, very funny. Come on, I like to think my class is pretty easygoing. Surely you can sit though a lesson without too much hassle," she says with a smile.

Maria's ability to calmly address me is really admirable. Most teachers would have a fit if you told them you don't want to have class to their face, but Maria doesn't seem all that bothered by it. And in all honesty, she's right. This class really isn't that bad. Definitely the easiest one to sit through compared to the other classes I have this semester. That being said, that's not the point. The point is that I'm in charge now, and I want to take advantage of it.

"Perhaps I didn't make myself clear. You're going to cancel class today. Now dismiss everyone," I order.

And just like that, Maria's back into soldier mode.

"Yes, Sir," she replies before turning to the class. "Class is dismissed. Everybody out now."

"Yes, Ma'am," the other students respond in turn.

I watch in amazement as they all pack up their stuff and march out of the class. I could definitely get used to this. From now on, anyone Maria can control, I can control. What an amusing thought. And certainly something worth playing around with once she's integrated into my harem.

"Now that it's just the two of us, how about we have a little fun?" I suggest.

"What? Matt, please, I know I like to keep things relaxed, but not that relaxed," Maria says with a nervous laugh. "But seriously, that's really not appropriate. Maybe you should go ahead and take the rest of the day off alongside everyone else in the class."

Oh, right. I have to be firm with her. I'm so used to people like Michelle and Helen doing whatever I want just by implying it. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like I have the same luxury with Maria. At least not yet. Maybe once she goes through a bit more training. It can be like a pseudo boot camp.

"Maria, get undressed and suck my cock," I command.

"I apologize, Sir, but I can't do that," Maria says back. Can't say I saw that coming.

"What? Why not?"

"School regulation strictly prohibits any kind of sexual relationship between teachers and students. My current level of clothing is also the most revealing it can be, given staff guidelines."

You've got to be kidding me.

After giving her new attribute another read over, I think I realize the problem. Maria feels the need to obey all authority, not just me. There's also nothing stating that I have the highest priority in this proverbial "chain of command," meaning that I can't get her to go against the rules her bosses have established for her. Thankfully, that's an easy fix. A quick call to Helen and I can get her to send an email to Maria saying that she's exempt from those rules. That being said, there's not much I can do about it right this second. Helen has way more important stuff to do than that right now.

So I can't get Maria to give me a blowjob or anything like that. Well, that stinks. Although... there is one other thing I could do for now. If one attribute doesn't get you what you want, just use a different one.

"Attention!" I once again call out.

"Sir, yes, sir!" Maria responds while striking her saluting pose again.

Something tells me I'm never going to get tired of that.
