It's the blackmailer

You'd thought that you would have been at work and able to follow your instructions before your blackmailer contacted you again. Unfortunately, you are still stuck in traffic.

"Have you done what I asked?"

"I'm sorry, but I'm stuck on the highway," you inform him. "Because of the construction," you elaborate quickly. The last thing you want is to think that you're trying to break the rules.

"Stuck in traffic? That is a pathetic excuse."

"Please. Let's not do anything rash!" This cannot be considered your fault.

"Begin now," he commands. "Don't forget the pictures." The line disconnects.
