It's her choice—and she should choose nudity

"If your sister is posing voluntarily, rather than as a punishment, then you need to respect her wishes. Would you have stripped a stranger who asked you to snap a picture?"

From his non-committal response and the way he's shifting from foot to foot, you gather that he might well have done and you're relieved to have made him stop and think before he gets himself into trouble. Then you turn your attention to the girl, still half naked, restrained and with her nose pulled cruelly towards the top of her head.

"However, I do have to agree with your brother that the picture will be better if you're properly attired. You must have had your bottom bared many times for spanking and I'm sure anyone who saw the photograph would think you were just being a good sport."

"Oh, okay, I'll do it then," she replies, leaving you momentarily nonplussed by how easily she acquiesced, after fighting tooth and nail against her brother's determination to have her stripped. Then you remember one of your first rules: everyone in the country agrees that young women need guidance from older men and you've just dispensed such guidance, so she automatically believes that you know best.

Pondering the new sense of responsibility you feel, you head back towards the grandstand, while behind you, the siblings get their snaps and upload them to social media. You're vaguely aware that the brother forgets to release his sister until he finishes composing his post, as she politely reminds him after her removes her gag again.
