"Why did you hit me?" Naruto whined as he rubbed the lump on his head. "That hurt!"

Sakura smirked a bit as she floated before him. "Mostly to calm you down, and also to show you that it's still me, Master..." she told him in sweet, dulcet tones.

"And... Why are you calling me Master, and what happened?" he questioned, looking her over. "...and what are you wearing, and why are you not killing me for seeing you in that?"

"Because, Master, I'm now a Genie. I found that Lamp in the same place you did, and it absorbed me into it, transforming me into a vessel for its power," Sakura trilled as she placed her hands on his head, making him flinch briefly. "Relax, I'm just going to heal up the lump. Like I said, I only hit you so we could get onto the good part sooner..."

"What even is a genie?" Naruto asked, sighing in relief as he felt soothing chakra running through his scalp. His lump shrunk down as she undid the damage.

"Basically, a magical ****!" Sakura smiled, tilting her head. "And I'm not just a Genie, but in my opinion, something even better! I'm a Sex Genie!" She placed a hand on her bosom, drawing his gaze to it as she finished up her healing with the other hand.

"...so, a magical sex ****?" he reasoned.

"That's right! He can be taught!" Sakura cheered, floating back a bit, and placing her hands behind her back, further accentuating her boobs. "Essentially though, genies grant wishes! And they have a lot of power to serve their Master! The difference between a standard Genie and a Sex Genie is basically in the restrictions!"

"Restrictions?" Naruto questioned, unable to tear his gaze away from Sakura's breasts. The sheer novelty of the fact that not only was she letting him do it, but she was delighted at his attention also had him reeling a bit.

Sakura smirked behind her veil. "It's quite simple, really..." she began to explain. "You see, your standard Genie can grant any kind of wish for you, within the limits of their power of course, Genies are incredibly powerful beings, just shy of being gods in fact, but we are not omnipotent. Omnipotence is logically impossible anyway, but you know what I mean. However, the restriction with them comes in the number of wishes, generally three per Master. Sex Genies have a different restriction. The wishes we grant must be related to sex in some way."

Naruto crossed his arms and tilted his head, clearly deep in thought as he tried to parse through the implications. "...wait... Does that mean that in exchange for needing to make the wishes sexual, there's no limit to the number?"

"...took you a second, but you got it!" Sakura giggled. "Guess you did grow smarter these past two years!"

"Hey, I'm not dumb! I just had teachers in the Academy who hated me and wouldn't teach me things properly!" Naruto replied defensively, huffing a bit as he looked away, flushing. "... admittedly, my pranks didn't help things much..."

"Oh no, definitely not," Sakura nodded sagely. "So, you wanna make a wish? I know you've been crushing on me since the Academy, and now I'm all yours~!"

"I... Don't know..." Naruto replied slowly. "I mean, I'm tempted, but..."

"Why? Does my appearance not please you? I could change a few things! Maybe shrink my tits back down?" Sakura pouted. "Maybe you like flat chests? I can definitely do that!"

"What? No!" Naruto denied immediately, waving his hands. "Your, um... chest looks great! I'm more concerned with whether this is what you want!"

"...oh, is that all?" Sakura teased him. "Master, I want this more than I have wanted anything in my life!"

Naruto still hesitated, before adding, "But... How do I know it's you asking for this, and not some aspect of the Lamp? You're bound to it in some way now, right? Is there any way I could release you?" Naruto questioned.

Sakura paused, looking at Naruto appraisingly, and with a touch of worry that he might go through with undoing this amazing thing for her. "...Master, I'm touched that you're not taking immediate advantage, and want to get me out of this, but I assure you, you're the only one who wants that. Besides, the only two ways I can be freed, even if I wanted that are inconvenient, albeit one is inevitable."

"And what are those two ways?" Naruto demanded.

"The first, and the one I would very much prefer, is I fulfill my "quota." As in, the Lamp feeds on a sort of... best word for it is energy, that is produced from the satisfaction created by granting wishes. Both from the genie's fulfillment, and the Master's desires being realized. Once it's satiated for a while, and I finish serving whoever my Master at that time occurs, I will get spat out, returned to human form, satisfied that I had my enjoyment as a Genie for a while, and the Lamp moves on to another universe when it gets... For lack of a better term, "hungry" again."

"And how long would that method take?" Naruto questioned.

"About... A few centuries, at minimum," Sakura nodded after some consideration. Naruto gaped, his mind blown by that time period. "I know, isn't it great?" Sakura chuckled, deliberately misinterpreting his shock. "And I won't age until that time is up, either!"

"Just... What is the second option?" Naruto asked.

"...that you wish me free," Sakura answered. Before immediately covering Naruto's mouth as he opened it to do just that without thinking. "BUT!" she added a little forcefully. "Not only do I not want that, but the Lamp would simply claim you or someone else you offered up as the Genie instead. Once it has a Genie, it won't remain empty until it is sated."

Naruto paused, and hesitated again. "But still... Is it really you talking and trying to stay a Genie, or is the Lamp making you?"

Sakura sighed, wondering how to get through Naruto's thick skull. "Master, if I was only a completely subservient Genie, do you really think I would have brought myself to knock some sense into you? Seriously, please don't make me do that again. Or call you out in being the doofus you are? I AM still Sakura. Just... Sakura the Sex Genie now, not just Sakura the kunoichi. My old self hasn't been erased. And because you liked me, I can easily express it. But now, I'm gladly your sexual servant too. Please, use me however you like..." she pleaded. "I genuinely want to be a **** now, it's part of my nature..."

"...I mean, I guess," Naruto stated slowly, before looking at Sakura, deciding to make as absolute sure as he could. "If you are my ****, then I order you to tell me how you feel about it without the Genie side."

Sakura smirked, and instead of speaking, placed a hand on her silk top, and ripped it clean off, making her boobs slightly bounce as they were freed, before draping it over his head. He went red, and before he could say anything else, she grabbed his hands, and guided them to her chest, letting him feel her up. "...that answer your question?" she asked him, moaning as he started to run his hands over her assets. "Once again, I'm glad you are being ethical about this, but you don't need to worry.
